ISO layout for my Wiki (Lizzy)

Hey, yeah, so.. I'm in need of making both a desktop and mobile CSS for my Wiki, I know it's kind of off topic and random to post this. But I wanted to make my Wiki stand out and have a good layout, I don't know how to code exclusively or very much, though I do have to limit the price on the layout.

Yes, it has to be a custom layout, yet I just want a good enough one where I can edit and not get lost in it. I can code, but as I said not very well, though once I learn the coding I can change and manipulate it in my eyes. Really, I'm just editing the coding of the layout from a beginner's prospective in a way.







Anyways, uh, I just need a layout that matches what it would feel like for being within the ION/IOS universe itself. I should come back to coding, but I prefer writing and reading and drawing.. maybe I'll take coding classes, maybe, but not now or for awhile as I'm enjoying books and friends that I have.

If you look carefully, I've designed both the icon and the name myself, I can't design but I can draw so I tried to design something within my drawing level. I enjoyed creating my wiki's icon and label really, I hope to provide something more clear with the images being stored here:
