So i only show one horse. Do i need to train all of my horses for showing if i don't show them? i feel like its a wast of money, but what do you guys think?

You could put the ones that you don’t show  into training instead :)

I have a weekly schedule for when I show my horses based on discipline, when they aren't in shows they are doing trail rides on Private for 10 in-game hours. It pays 300EVD per horse, and helps out greatly if my horses aren't showing well.
