LF: Partner who can do art

So i own and play on a very old computer. it will not allow me to do art/tags/sigs.

but i am very good at coming up with ideas.

i was thinking that I could come up with ideas and you create them.
so if it sold we would split it 80 20 you 80% me 20%.
i just really wanted to make art work and get paid for it but like i said above, stupid computer.
