New player wishlist

I've played another game that implemented a wishlist system where newbies can ask for things they need/want to help get themselves where they want to be in the game and more established players can (anonymously in that particular case) send items, horses, and money to help fulfill those wishes. It would be nice if we had something like this to help out new EV players and possibly encourage more of them to stay, especially when those early days can seem like a hopeless money sink without much reward. 

Perhaps a new forum section could be created that players can post their wishlists in after hitting a certain level (3-5?) Then older players are free to read them and send wishes if they choose.

i think this could be a nice little feature, it doesn't have to be anything huge as if you're playing the game for someone else. just small things to help people get started, figure out what their goals are and how they want to play the game c:

This sounds like a nice idea, and if the game doesn't want to implement it in we could always set up and post in a forum somewhere for it? 

I think there used to be a forum thread on the same kind of thing? Not sure an entirely new section would be utilised at all for this when we already have the iso. 

Now that you mention it, I feel like there was a post in this style somewhere at one point. 

since ISOs are usually people offering to pay in return i feel like using them for a wishlist could be seen as begging? as opposed to using an in-game feature to request something. not so much about the actual site rules but just in terms of how willing people would be to help out.

It's definitely something that we could implement on our own. I do think it would be prudent to have players show some amount of dedication to the game (such as a level requirement) before being able to submit a wishlist.
