This probably won't be a helpful or unique suggestion, but I personally think: simpler the better. For example, my stable is called Ride Easy Equestrian. As such, I use "RE" as my prefix. I also add "F" to the end (so "REF") for foundation horses, and plan to add a number for following generations (for example, "RE1" for the foals born from my REF horses). This way it's easy for players to identify, and also helps me keep track/organize my herd.

So, for your estate, I would suggest the prefix of: DAvP or DAP. I hope this was at least a little bit helpful!

since "Asche" and "Phönix" are the key words in your estate name maybe a prefix that emphasizes them? like AP or AsPh?
