No only the registered ones, I went onto a club page that I'm on to see this for myself, only the ones alive with unlocked divisions and such can be unregistered.

You can choose to unregister multiple horses that ARE alive, I do not see the option to unregister deceased horses.

That's for an active club. I am wondering about the inactive club where there's only one button option stating "Unregister All Horses"

 Finally found the only 2 horses I had registered to a Clydesdale club (by previous owners) and both deceased. Unregistering removed both of them from the club.
