The Isles of Nowhere | Rp (COMPLETED)

"And don't forget that he could break out of his own prison and take the isles for himself, at that point no one would know what would happen to the god's, not even anyone would know about Faith if that ever happened, and that's why.." Azulia paused her sentence, Carrion knew she couldn't say anymore because she wouldn't know what would happen.

"And that is why you can yourself with new magic, or be a new horse but still be yourself, and if Faith wanted to help. She would've asked the god's to stay with us until we reached Dra's kingdom, funny enough a horse called it the Kingdom of.. Of.." Carrion paused as well, he couldn't even remember what the horse made the joke about.

"Well, watever the joke was about, I can't remember it." Carrion said, "But I bet Eclipsetess was already at the throne room and the battle arena, meaning Dra is forcing her back into Faith's place." Carrion added, he had the feeling that Azulia sensed, he could tell that she was nervous and that made her better at sensing the feelings.

"I feel horrible, I can't I'm gonna do this, but it's a long shot." Azulia quickly said, she galloped and then spreaded out her wings and started flapping them before she hit the forest, then she hovered in the air a bit before collecting enough strength to try and sense Eclipsetess's emotions.

"Well, looks like she's started to use her origin magic to try and sense Eclipsetess's feelings, we better car-rion, ha get it?" Carrion said, he made a joke with his own name, but he did revert to being serious. "Anyways, we better go, Azulia can sense how we feel, so she would know where to find us." Carrion said again, he then began to gallop, he was leading like he used too.

Azulia was still in the air, trying to sense Eclipsetess's feelings, then for a split second.. She got a vision of Eclipsetess in bed, she was giving off a sad emotion while sleeping, she was probably having nightmares, she always got them. But Azulia wasn't there to help calm her down, so she is left all alone.. Feeling scared and lost in her dream..

As Carrion made it to a bridge that crossed over to another isle, he knew what the sign read since it was in another language, but he looked up to see a mountain, he guessed that the three of them were crossing into the Isle of the Mountains.

"Get ready to walk a very long distance, Dra's kingdom is the very last isle, so we have a long ways away. But if we had gone sooner, then we would have crossed into Isle of Dreams." Carrion said, he sounded a bit rude, but tried to be polite about it since he did wake up a few minutes later.

Then as Azulia stopped using her magic, she stopped flying for a bit, she didn't see Carrion on the bridge. She thought that Carrion had made it since she needed her strength and rested before flying off again, then as Carrion lifted up his head, he saw Azulia fly over the peaks of the mountains, in between and on top of the peaks.

Azulia then landed in a small lake, she got out of the lake as she began drinking from the cool water, Carrion ran over to the top of the hill as he stepped a hoof onto something, she then began sliding down incredibly fast, Azulia sensed his feeling of scared and adrenaline, then she stopped him as he would've flown into the middle of the lake.

Carrion got off the thing that made him slid down the mountain, he then began to drink from the cool, refreshing, clear water from the sand. Azulia then flew over to the middle of the lake for curiosity, then something bubbled as Carrion yelled for her to get back, Azulia did as Carrion said as she came back.

"Okay, I know you saw something, tell me or tell us, as a small little group. We're here, right?" Carrion asked Solstice and Namir, Azulia smiled and then hid it.

"There has to be something in the middle of the lake, because it's deep and that the clear water is giving me vibes of dangerous sea creatures because I saw nothing but deep blue in the clear water." Azulia said, then something arose, Azulia said that it was blind.

Indeed the creature was blind and smelled horses near but it did nothing, then it stuck out another head as the creature's head looked at Azulia, the creature called softly at Azulia as it dragged it's other head to her.

"Is it friendly?" Carrion asked, Azulia poked out her wings as the creature's head landed softly down into the water, the creature then put it's second head close to Azulia but did nothing wrong.

"Holy mother of tolitos, it's the friendly creature of legend.." Azulia said surprisingly, she thought the creature wasn't real, but she was proven wrong.

Azulia then made her book appear as the book instantly opened to the creature's informational page, Azulia's eyes widened, then she looked up at the poor beast.

"Your a horse that was cursed to be this way, you were always too kind for this world, that's why you were like this, to be protected." Azulia rambled, the creature lowered it's head as it made a low sad sound, the creature understood every word that Azulia said.

Carrion was just confused, then the book flew over to him, he then made some powdered snowflake cakes appear, the creature looked over at him and it's stomach, somewhere in the deep lake had rumbled to the smell of snowflake cakes.

"I'll copy some for you, so you can eat to your delight!" Carrion said as he did to the creature, the creature roared happily, then Azulia wondered if the lake connected to the sea outside of the isles.

"I wonder.." Azulia muttered, then a pony appeared from the lake, she looked like she came from the Kingdom and Village of the Sea, because her scales were pearlescent and beautiful to her.

But the sea pony then jumped back into the water, she did take a quick look at everyone when she did pop out, she didn't mind having more then one person visit the creature, but she did come back later in the night when it got dark out.

"So creature is your name Dolly, Christiane, and Zuki ring a bell?" Azulia asked, the creature then popped out it's third head and looked at Azulia.

"Wait, the creautre has names?! I thought the Creature of the Mountain's Lake was a myth! A story! A legend! I never expected the creature to be real! I thought this was a joke!" Carrion said, then the creature brought out it's fins and then lowered their heads to Carrion's level, the creature was examining him closely.

"Hard believer?" Zuki said, "No one believed we were real anyways!" Christiane roared, "I just wanted to have friends again, I'm sorry!" Dolly yelled, Azulia backed up as Carrion did the samething.

"I think we should leave, so that they can rest and calm down.." Azulia said as she ran, Dolly yelled at her and Christiane blocked the path for both getting out and coming, Dolly just cried for them to stop.

     Solstice just looked down she could feel her legs starting to shake slightly. Was she really supposed to be the one to defeat Dra? The most powerful and evilest of stallions. The thought just made her worry even more for Eclipsetess. Solstice missed her, and she wasn't sure what to do without Eclipsetess. Though Eclipsetess had helped her in several ways that she didn't even know about. Solstice was still unsure how long they were trapped, but in less then a day, Solstice had changed in several ways because of Eclipsetess, and Azulia of course.

     Though, when Solstice was too scared to move when she was in her chamber, she heard the echo of Eclipsetess's voice. It gave her just enough courage to travel alone in the darkness. For the first time in her life, she had faced her fears, and she had done it a second time when Dra took her. Though that time nearly got her killed. Solstice just shook the thought away as she looked back up at Azulia, "What if..I can't get her back...what if I can't defeat him..?" she said shakily as she looked at the three of them.

     Namir just looked at her, "Don't worry about that now. We have a long journey ahead of us. Until then your going to have to learn how to fly better, and how to use your magic and the magic Azulia just gave to you," he said in a calm voice, "Hey at least we get to spend some more time together, right?" he asked nudging her playfully. Solstice just nodded and smiled as she pulled on his mane in return, "There's that smile. Now we best start moving soon." he said looking at the other two.

     The two just looked up as Azulea went up in the air before they started moving. Namir just galloped after Carrion as he was soon shortly behind Carrion. Although Namir had traveled to many of the isles, he let Carrion lead the way since it seemed Carrion was more of a leader then he was. He did, however; look back to make sure Solstice was following them. Sure enough she was, and it wasn't long before she was galloping beside him.

     It wasn't long before the three came across a bridge. "Ah yes the Isle of Mountains. I was here a year or two ago." he said as he carefully crossed the bridge soon after Carrion had. After he crossed, Namir turned around looking at Solstice, "Why don't you try to use those wings of yours? You need the practice. Eclipsetess gave you a set of wings for a reason, so might as well finish learning how to fly while we travel. Same goes with your magic, you need to learn to use it as some point."

     Solstice just rolled her eyes slightly, "I know I know. Flying is easier then magic Namir." she said before she backed up a bit. When she was ready, Solstice spread her new wings and galloped before she took flight. Her flying wasn't the prettiest, but she definitely got better each time she flew. Her landing was almost perfect as she flapped her wings slightly looking at Namir, "Like I said flying is easier." she said as she folded her wings back to her sides. Namir just shook his head as he let out a small laugh agreeing with her. 

     Then the three kept moving as Azulia joined them soon afterwards. It wasn't long before they came across a lake. Solstice watched Azulia before she got a drink herself. Oh how much better she felt once the water made contact with her throat. Her mouth was starting to get dry, but not anymore. Namir also got a drink himself beside Solstice as he soon splashed her. "Hey!" she snorted looking at him with a bit of a stern but amusing look. Namir only laughed proud of what he had just done.

     Solstice just shook some of water off of her before she watched Azulia fly around a bit. She decided to join in as it was fun in her opinion, to fly. So Solstice spread her wings and flew up to the level Azulia was in. That was when she looked down seeing a large dark figure in the water, "Woah..what was tha-" Solstice looked over at her brother and Carrion as Carrion called them back. Even though she was finally getting the hang of flying, she came back. "What did I see in the water?" she asked just looking out at the lake.

     That was when two very large heads popped out of the water. For some reason, Solstice wasn't scared. Something about this creature made it different then the others she had recently came across. She just walked over to where Azulia stood standing beside her despite Namir telling her to stay away. Solstice didn't look at him when she spoke, "I'm not a little filly anymore Namir..I don't always need you to tell me what to do. I just need to get over being scared of every little thing if I really am to fight Dra.." There was pain in her voice as she said that last part, but she ignored it.

     If she was able to stand up to Dra like she tried doing when he took Eclipsetess, then she could do the same with this creature. Though she had a strong feeling this creature wished not to hurt a soul. Instead she just stood beside Azulia letting her talk with it. That was when she noticed a sea pony pop out from the depths of the lake. Solstice was curious as she spread out her wings, but before Solstice could get herself in the air, it had left. Bummer. 

     Solstice then looked back at the creature as a third head popped out. She then looked back at Carrion, "I think by now we should know that most myths and legends are real." she said before looking back at the creature. She was surprised that it or they could talk. Though Solstice was only curious. Solstice then looked at Azulia as she started to run before one of the heads had blocked her path. "Azulia..I don't think they mean any harm..." she said as she flew over to her. She couldn't help but to use her wings more. It was fun. Solstice did always want to know what it felt like to fly, and now she did. "It would never hurt to make some friends on our way to..y'know where.." she paused as she couldn't bring herself to say their destination, "It might come in handy.."

"Yeah your right Solstice, let's at least watch what they're doing, actually they kinda act like sibling's! Except being attached to one body, I'll go talk while you think of something to do, okay?" Azulia said, she didn't tell Solstice what to do, she told her what to tell her herself.

Then as the heads look at Azulia, the mare used the locked magic and had unlocked it as they were separated, only by bubbles nothing harmful. Though the heads did stop as the sea pony jumped out of the air and ran up to Carrion, the mare tried to fight him as she used her sharp pointed horn, Carrion just dodged before starting to block her moves with his horn.

"Um a little help?" Carrion asked, the mare kept at him before Carrion had to use his magic, "Never mind, I'm just dumb for forgetting." Carrion added to his sentence, he then bubbled the sea pony as she tried to break it, but Carrion only made the bubble stronger to help tire out the mare.

"And now we wait." Carrion said, the heads one by one looked at the sea pony, she turned her head as the heads were behind her and it scared, Carrion only laughed because Azulia did the samething.

"I hate you Carrion, I hate it that you made me forget the heads were there!" Azulia said, she just sat herself down in a mad pout, Carrion stopped before he pulled out a couple snacks from his cloak.

"At least eat my snacks, they're delicious because I make them." Carrion said, then he heard an echo of hooves as he gulped, he then looked at the top of the hill.

"Crap, I forgot that Trickster was awake now, hide in the water!" Carrion said, the heads made bubbled helmets for Solstice, Namir, and Azulia as they took them down into the water, quietly, then the sea pony joined the heads and everyone else.

While Carrion was battling a mad Trickster, though Azulia sensed her powerful magic from down below, she did wonder how below they were..

"So Dolly, Christiane, and Zuki, how far are we? We must be going down far!" Azulia asked Dolly, Christiane, and Zuki looked at before Zuki gave an answer.

"We're down 14,000 kilometers below sea level, that's how fast we go." Zuki answered Azulia's question, Azulia could still feel Trickster's power ever growing.

"Then how am I feeling Trickster's magic? It's so powerful that it's scary.." Azulia's voice died off at the end, but she could tell that the three heads could feel it as well.

"It's just because that the water here can pull down magic sometimes, so the soil is sucking down the powerful radius, we can still feel it as well, but just wait. The feeling will be gone." Christiane said, Dolly remained silent, she can't the thought of what happened out of her head.

Azulia felt sorry for Dolly, but she couldn't do anything, not anymore, then Dolly rested her head on Christiane's head. Zuki didn't do whatever they were doing, she just refused to do it, and that would end up in a bad agrument again..

"Zuki, please just put your head on our's, I can't really hug, so head hugs can be a thing!" Dolly said sad then cheerfully, she was like the young sibling of Christiane and Zuki.

"Hm, kinda like me and my- four other brothers.." Carrion said, paused, then his voice died off at the end, he really reminiscied about the past then.

"Hey, don't think that, just because Dra claimed them doesn't mean he can do the same to us, we're here for you, and we're glad to have you on our side!" Azulia said, then she realized that Carrion was there.

"Wait- how did you get down here?! It's all water!" Azulia said, Carrion snickered then flew back up to the surface, Azulia then realized that they all were going back to the surface.

"Oh, I must've zoned out then to have not realized." Azulia's voice died off at the end, she was sad that she wasn't paying attention until now.

Then as the head's, Azulia, Solstice, Namir and the sea pony got out the water and onto the land, the mare just held up her horn towards Trickster who was knocked out. Carrion then asked Azulia to teleport her back home, and to her bed, so that she won't be any trouble on the rest of the journey.

"Sure!" Azulia happily said, then she did teleport Trickster back to her home and in her bed.

"Don't worry, she won't remember what happened, I gave her some "calming tea" which is just actually forget-me tea, which she'll be knocked out for the rest of the journey. And don't worry, I stuffed her full with food, so she won't be hungry until I get back." Carrion said, he then continued to walk out of the area of the lake.

"Sorry for not having Carrion said goodbye, but goodbye you three and you mysterious sea pony!" Azulia said good bye, she then caught up with Carrion to cross out of the lake and into anther section of the mountainous isle.

     Solstice just titled her head slightly, "Me? Think of something...?" she asked unsure if that was the right decision. She just looked at the three heads before looking back at Azulia. Though she just nodded. Solstice had to start learning things other then flying and magic. She was still a bit young, but she was almost a fully mature mare. Solstice had to learn how to make decisions and plans that Azulia had just asked her to.

     Namir saw the uncertainty in her expression as he walked over, "You're right. I can't treat you like the filly you were, but I will always protect you. That's my job as your brother, that will never change. Now I won't treat you like a filly anymore, but I will still guide you just as Azulia will. You are capable of great things even if you don't know it yet." he said reassuring her before he made her appear. Solstice looked surprised as he only chuckled, "I can learn spells by watching them be done a couple times. Forget about reading through the whole book for now..you need to focus on the magic part and anything that might help us on our journey."

     Namir helped Solstice think of something. When the sea pony burst out from the water and started to attack Carrion for unknown reasons. He was about to go and help when Carrion seemed to remember about his own magic. "He'll be fine. Now is there anything that you've found yet in the book that could help us with anything?" he asked Solstice, but she only shook her head, "Keep looking. There's something in there." he said before he watched Azulia for a moment when he got the feeling something wasn't right.

     He had looked up to see Trickster on top of the hill. "Don't ask questions Solstice," he said as they both ran to the water. Solstice took a deep breath and closed her eyes as she jumped in only to realize she could still breathe. Bubble helmets. She let out a sigh of relief as she looked around. Solstice never swam before, but somehow she could. That was when she noticed she had her wings spread out which seemed to help her slightly. 

     Solstice just thought quietly to herself as she listened to Azulia and the heads talk trying to get as much information as she could. Though she did look to her side to see the sea pony. Solstice was curious about her and why she had attacked Carrion, but she soon realized Carrion was with them. She only laughed a bit at Azulia before she looked up breached out from the water. "Well..that was a odd first swim.." she said as she walked back onto land shaking off all the access water from her body and wings. 

     She then looked at Trickster then Carrion, "Why are you helping us? Why did you save my life..?" she asked him unable to keep the questions in any longer. Solstice may not remember everything that happened in the caverns, but she remembered most of it. "Trickster is your mate..so why are you choosing to continue helping us?" she asked a third, but similar question as they started moving again.

"Because, I choose to save lives or make more despair, and I chose to save lives. It wouldn't matter anyways if Trickster hated me or not, she cares like any other horse, but she hides the pain away to make only more hurt to herself. She knows what it's like to be evil, and see life through anyone's lives. It doesn't matter anyways, we share the same pain and help each other in our ways that we can. Whether or not we're evil." Carrion answered both of Solstice's questions, the sea pony mare just flung her horn and followed the group.

"Ah good we have a great fighter! I've heard that sea ponies are excellent fighters, so we're double protected!" Azulia said, she meant that Namir could also fight with intelligence.

"Now come on, I smelt a campfire over this other hill to the mountain!" Azulia said, as she used her wings to fly over the hill, Carrion laughed as the sea pony mare just ran over the hill and met up with Azulia.

"Well, best that we go now, come on you two. Sibling's can't talk forever!" Carrion said, he galloped over the hill too.

Though Azulia was munching on some gooey treats, and the sea pony mare just eating fish over in the little pond, Carrion met up with the two and found his place in using his magic to create more healing bandages, Azulia stopped eating the treat and walked over to Carrion who was making some healing bandages out of thin air.

"So what are you planning on doing with those bandages?" Azulia asked Carrion, he looked at her before laughing.

"Well, if we get caught in trying to get Eclipsetess out, then we're forced to fight, but with the mare's strength, your gluttony self and my healing magic, plus Solstice's ultimate power and Namir's intelligence. Then we have a chance at beating Dra, and if not, at least we're not dying today!" Carrion said, he was nervous at the end and Azulia could tell.

The mare then walked over and towered over Azulia and Carrion, Carrion just decided to lay down and take a good long break, Azulia did the samething. Then the sea mare laied down in the water, she was a sea pony after all, so she needed to stay in the water.

Azulia didn't mind and neither did Carrion, they actually enjoyed their rest!

     Solstice just lowered her gaze slightly. She got the feeling that Namir had been watching her, but he said or did nothing. Instead Solstice just looked at Carrion again, "Well..thank you.." she said trying to form a small smile. "I thought I was never going to see anyone again when I trapped alone in that cavern..hearing those voices in my head.." Solstice stopped talking. A cold chill ran down her spine as she just thought about it. She never wanted to experience something like that again. 

     She then turned her attention to the sea pony. Solstice had many questions about her, but was mainly just curious. She had never come across a sea pony before. Though she didn't know if the sea pony understand what they were saying, or even if she spoke. Namir saw this and trotted over beside her. He made the book reappear again in front of the both of them and turned the page to simple magic spells. "I wouldn't worry too much on your flying if you say it's as easy as you say it is. We have a long journey, so best start learning how to use that magic of yours."

     Solstice nodded slightly unsure about it, but she did see that Namir had picked one of the easiest spells. Well it wasn't really a spell. More of a page that explained how to use magic..for beginners. "It's not as hard as you think. Just look at something, and imagination what you want to do with it. Don't loose your focus. You have to stay concentrated on what you want to do." he said reassuring her.

     She knew Namir wanted to started off with the easiest spells and other things, but she also knew she couldn't pick a leaf up off the ground or off a branch using her magic. Though she gave it a shot. Solstice nodded slightly as she looked around for something small as they walked. It wasn't long before she found a perfect sized rock. Solstice took a deep breath before she put all of her focus on the rock. She imagined picking it up, and sure enough it did just as she imagined. The rock was now floating. 

     "Perfect. Now try to bring it to you then just let go of it," Namir said proud of her so far. Solstice did just that. "See? Just some training and practice, and you'll be ready. That's enough for now. You can practice more later when we stop to rest." he said before looking at Azulia snorting a bit, "What? You saying I'm not good enough? How dare you," he said before letting out a laugh or two as she flew over the hill. Namir just shook his head, "Fly as you wish. Just remember not to tire yourself out."

     Solstice just laughed before she happily spread her wings and flew up over to Azulia, "Never thought I would be able to fly," she laughed as she just flew around the area a bit not straying too far from the group. It was almost as if she had been born with wings. As the rest of the group reached the campground, Solstice just flew over and landed almost perfectly. "Namir..did you ever wonder was it was like to fly?" she asked him curiously.

     Namir just looked at Carrion, "I'm helping her learn to use that magic of hers. If she doesn't by the time we get to Dra..." Namir couldn't bring himself to ever finish that sentence. "Besides..she needs to control it. She grew up too fast..it's just hard to think that she's not a little filly anymore." he said as they reached the campground. Namir just looked at Solstice, "I'm sure at one point I did, but I prefer to keep my hooves on the ground," he laughed as he laid down like the others. "Once you get used to those easy spells, I'll teach you how to summon the book yourself." Solstice just nodded as she laid down and practiced picking up objects.

     "It's alright to be nervous. We all know who we are up against, but only if we stay focused. We will look out for each other, and help each other when it is needed. I'm not sure just how long it will take to get to Dra, but I hope my sister will be ready by then. We're asking a lot from her." Namir said as he eventually just watched Solstice practice and train, "I've never seen her so happy before. I can't imagine how much happier she is now that she is finally learning to use her powers. I wish I could have taught her sooner."

     Solstice wasn't paying attention to the others. She was too focused on learning magic that she didn't care about what the others were saying, but every now and then she looked at the sea pony watching her out of curiosity before going back to the book and her magic. Solstice kept on thinking about what Azulia told her earlier that she could choose to wear armor or goddess-like clothing. Currently, she didn't feel worthy to wear either just yet, but she just had to keep working on her magic before she even considered wearing either of them.

Azulia made her book appear out of thin air, this time it had a letter in one of the pages, she was quiet and confused, though she didn't inform the others since it was a letter given to her. But she couldn't keep the curiousity and Carrion still used his healing magic to continue making healing bandages.

"Hm, hey I got a letter from someone, it was in my book. I wander how it got there." Azulia said, Carrion got up and sat down besides out of curiousity, then the sea pony got out from the small pond and trotted over to Azulia and Carrion.

The mare had an intimadating body, but with the perlescent scales, she looked as valuable as Prism, though her face marking was a bald face and had a clear spot on the mare's forehead which contained a smaller dot marking, the mare's horn was blue in color and was longer of any unicorns horn.

The mare's mane purple but with dark tints and tips on the ends, the mare's tail in pink but not so much of a bright pink, more of a magenta color instead and dark blue tints and tips on the tail's end as well, then the mare's markings on her legs, her leg markings were blue and of the same color, her hooves were pink a brighter pink.

Though the mare's tail could be shifted from a fin tail to a fuzzy mane-like tail, like the mare's mane, but her mane disappears when the mare goes into the water and when she comes out her mane is fully out, this doesn't affect the mare at all.

Anyways as the sea pony mare sits down besides Azulia on her left side, Azulia looks at Carrion for a tiny second then she takes out the letter from inside the book and opens it up using her magic, though when Azulia flipped it to the back the sender was from Eclipsetess, Eclipsetess?!

"Wha- Eclipsetess-?" Azulia said in confusion, she was confused and about to cry when she opened it up, the letter was long and had so much information to process.

"Read the letter please." Carrion asked in a nice manner, Azulia shook her head in yes and began to read it.

"The letter says: Hello Azulia, Namir, Solstice, I trust that you are on your way? If so, reply soon and send it to me, anyways Dra has taken me to his throne room, his battle arena, his stadium. All of it red stuff and hurting, it pains me to see horses fight for his majesty's pleasure, even Faith would not want to see this. But the real reason I sent this letter was because Dra has let me make letters to my friends, he never said anything when I asked him about the love letters that were on Faith's old desk, besides make up of course. But he only chained me up and forced me to say what Faith always said, it hurts to see a stallion so hurt that it could cause a real war in Isles of Nowhere, the god's tried to send Faith but she only refused to come back and rescue me. So there's your answer if you ever wanted Faith to help when you reached where I am. And something important; Dra has been more powerful and he's getting out more to steal more power and break his two curses, so better watch out, because he's walking past of Isle of Mountains and walking to Golden Valley once more. So be ready to hide when you hear magma and really nasty horse neighs, he's really scary when he's going somewhere, but I am chained and not going with him, so I am forced to stay in his dungeon until he gets back. He does not trust me enough to walk about his kingdom, and he has real high security since Faith broke out and left, so that's how it's gonna work. Alright bye! -Eclipsetess." Azulia said, Carrion grew worried and wanted to hide, the sea pony mare only got up and stmped her hoof a couple times before bucking at the mountain base's rock.

"Ah I think you should calm down miss, miss sea pony!" Azulia said as she got up, the mare only looked at her before she flicked her tongue and it looked like that of a snake's or dragon's tongue, it was forked and she had two fangs on the front.

"My name is nothing for you to call me by." the mare said in a intimidating voice, Azulia just kept backing up, but the mare shortly after calmed down.

"So what's your name miss?" Azulia asked the sea pony mare, the mare just looked at her before flicking her mane almost towards her.

"My name? It's Oceanus or Ceto, most of my citizens call me Oceanus, even though it's a boy name, and I'm a lady. But names are names, Ceto is just my nickname." Oceanus said, she told her name and nickname to Azulia and everyone else.

"Oceanus and Ceto are real god and goddess names of water, why did your parents name you that?" Carrion asked, Oceanus just gave him a snarling face.

"It's just to honor my greatest ancestors and past families that have Oceanus, my family call me Ceto because my great great grandmother had Ceto and everyone else had different names that involved water but not actually connected to water, besides mud names." Oceanus answered Carrion's question, he then got up and went back to a tent he made and just went into it and started to make healing bandages again.

"Well I love your name Oceanus! It's brilliant since you look like Atlantis's treasure!" Azulia said, Oceanus blushed like crazy because of what Azulia said.

"What? What did I say wrong?" Azulia asked Oceanus, she told Azulia that she did nothing wrong.

"It's just that Atlantis is one of my suitors, and yes, besides the real Atlantis and Atlantis the sea pony prince, they have the same name but I actually have a crush on Atlantis the pony prince." Oceanus said, she blushed again then went back to the little pond.

     Namir just laid down near the others as he watched Solstice practice and learn the easiest of spells. He couldn't help but to chuckle to himself, "Someones having the time of her life." Solstice overheard that and gave him a look before going back to what she was doing, "What? It's clear to see that you are, and your proving everyone that doubted you wrong. I may have lied to you several times, but I never lied about you being something great. You are exactly what the Isles need right now. Even if we're the only ones that know it."

     Solstice just looked at him nodding slightly, "I guess it does feel good to prove to everyone that were wrong about me...I suppose I am waiting to see the looks on everyone's faces if I ever see them again.." she said closing her book as she got up stretching her body and wings for a quick moment. Though Solstice perked up when she heard Azulia say Eclipsetess's name. Solstice quickly walked over looking at Azulia, "What does it say? Is she ok?" she asked worry written on her face.

     They all just listened quietly as Azulia read the letter. "Why would he let her write to us..? Something doesn't feel right. He's smart enough to know that she would tell us these things..." Solstice began to try and figure out if Dra had some sort of plan. It pained her to know what Eclipsetess was going through, but there was nothing they could do at the time. They were no where close to Dra's kingdom.

     "Wait...there could be a war soon..? And Dra is on his way to Golden Valley? Why? That can't be all that's there. Is he after us? Is he after me? What's he doing so far from his kingdom? He could be closer to us then we think he is." It was clear that Solstice started to have a bit of a panic attack. She was no where near ready to fight Dra if they crossed paths. Solstice had just started learning her own magic and the magic Azulia had given her. 

     Namir just stood up and went over to her, "Breathe. Take a few deep breaths. We don't know why he is far from his kingdom, but even if he did find us, or we find him, we still have to save Eclipsetess. From now on we can't let our guard down knowing that Dra may be somewhere nearby. No time for games. Solstice I want you to focus on your magic more then before."

     Solstice took a few deep breaths as she calmed looking down as Namir nuzzled her, "Alright..I will.." she said as she looked up at the others. She looked at the sea pony, Oceanus. "I thank you for joining us...we need as much help as we can get.." she said before looking up at the sky. Solstice had to know if Dra was near. She soon looked back down at Azulia, "Write back to her when you can...even if it is a trap of some sort....tell her we're coming, and just to hang in there..." It was clear that Solstice was learning skills other then magic and flight. Leadership, courage, and wisdom. Though she was only learning these things because of Namir guiding her as needed.

     Then Solstice spread her wings and launched herself in the air. She went as high as she felt was needed before she looked around. Mountains, mountains, and more mountains. Though she wasn't surprised since they were in the Isle of Mountains. Solstice tried looking around for anything that was out of the usual, but she couldn't see anything that might indicate where Dra was or where he did go. She saw no magma.

     After spending a long few minutes of looking, Solstice landed. "I didn't see anything odd...but that doesn't mean he isn't close," she said with a chill running through her. "What do we do next? Stay here or keep moving? If Dra is out here, then it might be easier to get Eclipsetess back." she said trying to think of something, but she couldn't. Namir only shrugged and looked at the others.

Azulia began writing when Solstice told her too, then she stopped as she felt a feeling.. A strong feeling.. Then out of the blue, chains up into the air, Azulia dodged them and ran to a nearby mountain with a small weird angled cliff side, Carrion saw and went to the same direction, Oceanus just stayed and used her long horn to fight the chains.

Then a couple minutes of trying to fight some chains, a shot of magma launched at Oceanus, though she heard it and dodged, she wasn't quick enough since some magma got onto her leg and she squealed like a demon from heck, Carrion launched a few bandages as Oceanus used them and her magic together.

Carrion then used his death magic to block Dra's magma magic, Azulia also unlocked a new ability as she could cloak herself but other's as well, then used her horn to collect enough energy and shoot it towards Dra, but he disappeared into magma and reappeared on another mountain.

"Stay out of my way.." Dra had spoken, his voice chilling then before, and he wans't intimidated as his sound also crackled like fire when he stopped talking.

"Never! We'll protect Solstice! We'll never give up!" Azulia, Oceanus, and Carrion had said, their words stronger together and that caused Azulia to shoot up into the air and turn into sparkling dust as she smacked Dra off the mountain quickly.

"Water gun spirit!" Oceanus yelled, a quick burst of magic and a sea serpent of water bursted out behind from Oceanus as it kept her water since the water was falling from the dragon.

Dra saw the dragon but used 10% of his power and destroyed the dragon easily, though it did cause the dragon to be turned into stone, then the three heads appeared, Dolly used a quick burst of water and spatted it from her mouth. Christiane used his magic to summon crystals and shoot Dra with it, and Zuki..

Zuki used her utmost power to summon a guardian horse made from light and love, the guardian was completely white and had took the form of a horse, it was similar to Eclipsetess as color began to form.

"LEAVE MY FRIENDS ALONE! I promised you, THAT MUCH!" Eclipsetess yelled from the guardian of light, the guardian just moved completely separate from Eclipsetess but she still kept the voice much the same.

Though whatever Eclipsetess's voice meant by "THAT MUCH!" had begun ringing in Azulia's head as she tried to figure it out, though the heads had Dra under control, he then used his chain magic to force chains onto the three heads, Oceanus was angry as heck as she used every type of water magic that she learned. Any type of water magic.

Azulia then told everyone to run forward into the mountains a bit deeper, Carrion said no and had begun running the other way, but Trickster appeared again and looked at Dra..

"You!" Trickster yelled at Dra, she had known him before?

Trickster then used her demonic wings and flown towards Dra, she had used her melee and her magic together to take down Dra, then she looked at Carrion sometimes as this meant this was the end for her.

"GET GOING!" Trickster's voice said, her voice was more distorted and her screams like harpies, but Carrion ran towards the mountains more and Azulia followed, Trickster kept up at her magic and battle with Dra.

"I love you Carrion!" Trickster yelled madly, then Dra used his magic to chain Trickster but it didn't work as her mind tricks got to him somehow, Trickster loved Carrion very dearly and this proved him that she loves him more then ever.

Carrion stopped and looked at Trickster as she said those words, those three words, "I love you".. Carrion fell to the ground and begun crying, he then got up but Oceanus got to him and forced him to straight into the mountains, Azulia helped out as Carrion tried to get to Trickster.

"NO! I want to be with my wife!" Carrion yelled, Azulia then used her origin magic and forced Carrion into a bubble and begun floating him as she ran to get far away from Dra, the three heads then broke out and helped Trickster with Dra.

"NOOOOOO!!" Carrion cried, his tears sad and mounrful, "What if she dies?! I want her to live, live LIVE!" Carrion madly said, he truly loved her more then anything, including death itself.

"I'm sorry Carrion, but maybe when we get Eclipsetess out from her tormented prison, maybe you can revive your sweet wife. Even though she did try to kill us before, and then tried to get into Namir's head, and almost let Solstice die, but you were there and your an important asset to us with your healing magic." Azulia sweetly said, she ignored the feeling of Carrion's mourn and loss of his wife.

Carrion then settled down and begun crying in his little bubble, Azulia just kept him in the bubble since he would still try to run back to Trickster, she knew the feeling as well, loss. It was hurtful but they needed to keep running, at least to get to the next bridge to get to the other isle.

"Com'on keep at it guys!" Azulia shouted, Oceanus was quick but her leg was starting to crack from it's rocky prison, then she used her water magic and Azulia used her wings and she used her horn to glow.

     Namir quickly got into defensive mode as chains came out of nowhere, "Solstice fly, get out of here!" he yelled, "Your not ready!" he called, "NOW!" Solstice just looked at him and froze for a second before she quickly opened her wings and launched herself into the air as quickly as she could. Though it wasn't long before she felt something pull her down. No matter how hard she flapped her wings, she just got dragged down.

     Solstice looked down seeing one of the chains had grabbed hold of one of her legs. She tried to fight against it, but failed. She was forced to the ground. Without even thinking about it, she had blasted the chain as it broke off of leg. She hesitated for second unsure how she just did that, but she quickly just launched herself into the air this time dodging the chains that went after her despite the small wound that formed on her leg because of how tight the chain had wrapped around her leg before she managed to get loose. 

     Namir fought from the ground with Oceanus while making sure Solstice was fine. He looked up seeing his sister dodging the chains almost effortlessly. She had learned to fly. Though Namir quickly brought his attention back to the ground as he used his horn to redirect the chains so they didn't grab anyone while also creating a shield every now and then that broke since Dra's magic was a lot stronger then his own. A lot stronger...which meant it was only a matter of time until his curses were broken. Then and only then will his true power be unleashed.

     Solstice continued to fly and maneuver around the chains in the sky as she heard Dra speak. Chills ran down throughout her body when she heard him speak, but they quickly left when she heard her...friends. Friends. Real friends. It was then that she realized she had real friend that cared for her so much so that they would do whatever they could to protect her. "You may be regaining your strength and magic Dra, but your end is near!" she said looking at him as she soared through the sky dodging chains.

     That was when Solstice heard Eclipsetess's voice. She froze mid flight as she hovered in place, "Eclipsetess?" she said looking at the guardian Zuki had summoned. Solstice couldn't tell if it was really her, but she came to realize it wasn't really her. Though four chains had came at her from no where and each one wrapped around one of her four legs, "Not again!" she said as she tried to break free again, but like the first she couldn't. The chains just brought her down to the ground at a quicker rate then before.

     Namir looked up noticing this, "Solstice!" he yelled as he ran up to a hill to get to higher vantage point. Once he did, Namir had something similar to a laser melt through each of the four chains being sure not to hurt her, "Get out of here Solstice! Head further into the mountains!" he yelled. With the help of her brother, Solstice was able to fly again, and she was even more careful. 

     She did, however; look over seeing Trickster, "How is she here? I thought you said she would be knocked out and won't remember what happened?" she asked Carrion but knew he wouldn't answer once she noticed Trickster was fighting Dra? That was when Trickster said to retreat. Solstice did just that. She flew lower to the ground as her and Namir led the scene along with Oceanus while Azulia tried to get Carrion to leave.

     Solstice looked back seeing Azulia had put him in a bubble like Eclipsetess did before. She looked down and decided to fly over to him, "Carrion..I know how you feel...just before you and..Trickster trapped us in the caverns, I had just found out that my parent's were killed.." she paused looking down as she fought back tears, "This whole time I've been trying to hide my grief because of what was happening, but I'm still struggling with the fact that I never met my parents. All I have to remember my mom is my necklace that was once hers."

     Solstice had paused to look down at Namir, "Even my brother lied to me about it, but that's beside the point. I'm not saying you should forget about her or hide your grief, but your not the only one here struggling with the loss of someone..." She couldn't fight back her tears anymore as a few tears ran down her face, "She may have wanted let me die, but maybe she isn't entirely evil.." Solstice tried to talk in a reassuring tone, but she didn't do too well since she really was trying to hide her grief.

     Namir overheard the part about him lying, and he just looked down feeling terrible about it still. Though he made sure everyone kept moving and that no one was left behind...except for Trickster. Though it wasn't long before Solstice started to tire as she couldn't keep flying for much longer, but she also knew she couldn't run very fast. Both times the chains grabbed onto her, they wrapped around her legs tight enough to cut through her flesh, but Solstice tried to hide it and kept flying until they reached the next bridge.

When Azulia felt safe she started to slow down, she then sat down beside some rocks that had looked like they were already fallen and stayed there for awhile, she then checked on Carrion as he seemed to have fallen asleep, Oceanus then sat down besides Azulia to regain some strength.

"I know it's tough, especially with a surprise attack from Dra, but at least we are farther into the mountains, I bet that we're closer to the bridge." Oceanus said, she made a small indent with her hoof as it cracked some rock, she then filled it with some water that's able to refill itself as Oceanus took a small drink to refresh her body.

Oceanus sighed, she was obviously tired from the fight and Azulia could tell, so she got up once more and looked over this hill, she heard nothing but silence and she felt nothing, though she did use her magic to enhance her ability to sense, this gave her a more wider radius to feel anything.

"Alright it's safe to camp here for the night, the ground I mean, but I'll keep watch." Azulia said, she ran down the hill and then started setting up tents for everyone, Carrion stayed in the bubble as he then started to use it as a small shield for an idea.

"Azulia, mind if you give me the book to learn about how to make bubbles? The bubble sphere that you made actually." Carrion said softly, his voice was soft and that meant he accepted that Trickster would be dead.

"Sure, just let me summon my book!" Azulia agreed happily, she did as she was told but she didn't pop the bubble because she thought about many paths that would happen, so Carrion realized that the samething as well.

"So, what are you going to do after you set up everyone's tents?" Carrion asked Azulia, she just hushed him as she was working, Oceanus made a small healing pool for her and anyone that wanted to do the samething as well.

"Oh and Oceanus, make sure Solstice gets in that healing pool, she needs it more then any of us." Azulia told Oceanus, Oceanus agreed to what Azulia said and just relaxed for the mean while.

"Who's the leader of this group? Carrion was leading, but has been bubbled due to missing his wife." Oceanus asked Azulia, she provided no answer for Oceanus's question.

"I don't know, whoever leads the group first is the leader, unless they became scared and need to be bubbled. Carrion can be an example." Azulia said, she didn't quite satisfy Oceanus with her answer, but she did try.

"So, are the legends true though? Will a mare finally take down Dra for once and end all this madness?" Oceanus said, Azulia didn't respond, as she kept quiet and did nothing.

"I just need time for that, we'll see though!" Azulia said aloud, she didn't say anything that could include Solstice in it, but she mention Solstice at the end.


Now as Azulia got done with four tents, she let Oceanus make her own water tent, so that she doesn't dry up anytime soon, but she'll be forced to stay out of the Isle of Darkness's kingdom since she is water and that'll be bad for her, unless she can use her magic to stay the way she is but Azulia would be forced to have Carrion kept a longing spell on Oceanus for her water magic.

But that wasn't until they actually reached Dra's kingdom, though Azulia did hear rumors that he would catch the prettiest horse he can find valuable, but that was when she was little filly, and til now Azulia forgot about what she heard when she younger and now everything began to make her realise.

"Azulia? Are you okay?" Carrion asked Azulia, she had wide eyes and he didn't like that.

"Huh?! Oh it's nothing, just some rumors when I was a filly have started to become acknowledged by me again.." Azulia's voice died off at the end, but Carrion could know that she was distressed.

"What were the rumors? I can tell that it's making you distressed, everyone can tell actually." Carrion asked Azulia lightly, Azulia looked away before deciding to talk again.

"It's just that I heard rumors about Dra taking away the prettiest horses that he could find valuable.. And Prism is the only rarest gemstone that is also the most valuable and highly wanted in a herd.." Azulia answered Carrion's question, but her voice died off at the end again.

"Wait, your joking right? Then why are you so distressed and nervous about it?" Carrion asked Azulia, she began to cry, then without hesitation Azulia ran off to stay next to Oceanus, the sea pony mare didn't mind and just liked the company.

"Well I should have stopped talking.." Carrion's voice died of at the end, "I'm sorry Azulia!" Carrion yelled, he then hushed himself and went back into his tent again.

     Occasionally Namir had looked up making sure Solstice was still with them as they fled, and it was obvious to him that she couldn't fly for much longer. Why she didn't just land and gallop he wasn't entirely sure. As everyone else started to slow, Namir did as well as he looked around the area making sure they weren't followed and no one had been left behind. "We got lucky...twice.." he said a bit out of breath. That was not something he expected to happen. To come across Dra twice and live. Namir just shook those thoughts and focused on the safety of everyone.

     Solstice just slowed as well, but she stayed in the air. It was her fault Dra had attacked them. Only minutes before she did she searched the area from above, and saw nothing. Then he attacked. Despite Solstice already being exhausted from all the flying, she tried to make sure they weren't followed this time. After about ten minutes of making sure Dra didn't follow them, Solstice carefully landed. She nearly fell when her hooves came in contact with the ground once more. Solstice didn't realize how much her legs had hurt until she stood on the ground again.

     Namir saw this and trotted over to her, "Your legs. They're nearly coated in blood." he said looking at the wounds on her legs seeing one of her rear legs were worse then the others since Solstice seemed to keep less pressure on that leg, "Are you hurt anywhere else? Do not even try saying you are fine because you are not. I swear you can be stubborn..like dad..." he said looking down, "Look..I am sorry I never told you sooner, but I guess there never is a right time. You will start to learn some more answers soon.." Namir whispered that last bit a little, but he knew she heard him.

     Solstice just tried regaining her breath a bit since she was exhausted, "Not that I know of.." she said looking at him, "Thanks..for helping me earlier.." she said before looking at the others. She could just fall asleep then and there, but she knew she had to keep her self awake a little while longer. Though her legs only hurt more the more she stood, and Namir just stood beside her letting her lean on him a bit if she needed it.

     "Come on. The healing pool Oceanus made will help with your legs. You can rest afterwards," Namir said as he helped her over to where Oceanus was. Solstice just laid down in the water for a bit. She hissed slightly as the water touched her bloodied legs and the wounds she bore on them. The water stung the wounds for a few seconds before the pain slowly disappeared. It wasn't long before the wounds slowly started to close.

     Namir just stood near her giving her space as he looked at Oceanus, "I'm not a leader...I'm a loner. I've always traveled throughout the Isles alone, but for now let's just rest here for tonight. We all are tired, and weren't prepared for that fight. We'll figure out those things before we start moving again." he said before perking up slightly at what Oceanus asked next. He said nothing on that matter. 

     Solstice was half asleep, but she awoke when she heard what Oceanus asked. "What legends..? Are you saying that Dra can really be destroyed?" she asked looking at them. Namir just looked away when she met his gaze. Everyone seemed to go silent on that topic which only made her think about it more. They had been mentioning how she'd defeat him, and other things. Though she knew none of them were going to give her a direct answer.

     After awhile, Solstice just got up and glanced at her legs. Perfectly healed. Though parts of her body were still a bit sore. "I need to rest and think.." she mumbled as she groggily walked into one of the tents Azulia had made and laid down in it soon falling asleep. Solstice didn't realize she was that tired. She practically just fell asleep as soon as she laid down. 

     Namir just looked at Azulia and Oceanus as he let out a sigh, "I'm worried about her..do you guys really think she's the one the legend speaks of? Does Dra even know about it? She handled herself..well earlier. She can definitely fly just fine now, but now I'm just worried about her learning enough magic and spells in time.." he said before looking down. 

"Namir, it's alright, and plus; I could teach her some spells that could damage Dra, but not destroy him." Azulia suggested towards Namir, she did her best to reassure Namir on that topic.

"If I were certain, the queen would be making legends in scrolls, but only a select few get to witness these scrolls, the god's keep them now since the water queen had passed. Only a few of her children fit the title of the throne, but we sea ponies can slightly predict the future, but not see the whole thing. We need a mountain pony for that!" Oceanus said, she also made sure to reassure Namir about the topic as well, but also spilling out information as well.

"Wait so mountain ponies can predict the future? I thought pegasi could do that, because they live in the Air Kingdom, so it would make some sense." Azulia said in confusion, she sat by the campfire that she made.

"No, the pegasi are the ones that watch the stars and graph new ones, mountain ponies predict the future since one of their ancestors mated with another mountain pony of the same mindset. And that concludes how the mountain ponies predict the future." Oceanus replied, Azulia only then went to her book to seek out her question there as well.

"I heard that unicorns that accept the darkness turn into a magma pony but their darkness would then transform them into dark evil unicorns called Dark Unicorns, the most but annoying horses ever. They are more shadow then dark, so they were renamed to Shadow Ponies or Shadow Horses, depends on the horse's kind." Carrion said, Azulia and Oceanus gave him that look like they weren't wanting that information yet.

"Sorry, but anyways, I did collect an old scroll that talked about Solstice actually defeating Dra, but this soon changed but the water queen had passed before she could finish it." Carrion said, he summoned the scroll, and Carrion was right about it being old, the scroll was old and torn, it even looked like it had some bite marks on it.

"Esh- I need to clean this old beauty, but here, I'll copy the original so that you all don't have to fight over it." Carrion said as he did, the old scroll was copied as Azulia, Oceanus, and Namir had their own and Carrion kept the old scroll.

"When did the water queen die? And how? I thought she was immortal?" Azulia asked Oceanus, the mare then got up to speak.

"The queen was immortal, but someone had figured out how to kill her, and that led to a massive fight about who owns the throne." Oceanus answered Azulia's question, then Azulia remembered what Oceanus said before.

"Wait! Your the new queen aren't you?! You said you had citizens!" Azulia shouted, Carrion quickly ushered her to stop yelling before Solstice got up tiredly.

"Sorry, but still!" Azulia apologised, Oceanus sighed and she accepted it.

"Yes I said that I had citizens, and that does mean that I am the new queen. But I have my sibling's that are like me and mother, so we take the throne when one of us is out doing something. But since I am not gonna be back to my kingdom for awhile, our older sibling's take over the throne since the younger ones do not know what to do." Oceanus again, she answered Azulia's question.

Then a couple of hooves clip clopped in the distance, Carrion looked over the hill and saw a shadow, he and Oceanus quickly prepared to fight, but then the horse fell down as the horse quickly slid next to the campfire. Carrion cried at who it was, then he instantly took the horse to the healing pool.

Oceanus amped up the healing process for the healing pool since the horse had slid quite a fall, Carrion still cried at who it was.,

"Trickster, my love, I missed you! Never do that ever again!" Carrion said, Trickster opened her eyes as she put her head on Carrion's neck, she missed him and she loved him dearly.

"Our love cannot die so quickly, so it made me only stronger to fight Dra, I knew that none of you would survive. So I came to help make you all survive, now let me rest in the water, the sea pony mare here will only watch over me anyways." Trickster said in a hurtful tone, her voice was raspy and hurt, it didn't sound distorted nor even glitched.

"Just don't ever scare me like that!" Carrion said, he then got up and went into his tent, like Trickster said; Oceanus had stayed next to her and watched over her.

Oceanus then made her tent appear since she took it down for everyone or anyone needed to heal, but she did expand the back of the healing pool so that horses can heal and lay wherever they wished, but Oceanus did make her tent reappear and she walked in, though she did poke her head out to Trickster.

The mare only laid in the pool and rested like she said, she did fall into a slumber as Carrion happily slept and Ocenaus slept but she could see out of the water and in the water, so she see anything coming, and that made her a great sea pony to watch over things that are neccesary.

And as the sun fully went down, everyone was asleep, they were all peaceful. Azulia was resting happily as she put out the fire first and then went to her tent to sleep for the night as well, Namir probably did the samething.



Then as the next morning awoke, Azulia was the first one up as Oceanus got up as well to see how Trickster was doing, the mare put her head up and wanted to apologise for almost letting Solstice die, she was sorry and regretted some or all decisions. And Auzlia could see the sorry in the mare's eyes.

"Alright, alright Trickster, it's okay. And besides, it's okay. Now time for breakfast!" Azulia said, she re-lit the campfire again and had begun to cook fish and other sorts for everyone's pleasure.

Trickster was happy that she got to see Carrion, though a certain angel was not happy to see Trickster still alive, and she was not an angel. But only a demon that accepted it's fate and everything else, but the angel came down to where everyone was. And Trickster did get up to eat as her wounds have healed successfully.

But as the angel got down on the path that everyone would walk on, the angel waited until everyone was fully up, though Azulia felt the angel presence, she just forced the angel to eat with everyone. Though the angel did look at Trickster madly, Trickster knew her fate but decided to live on and help her husband.

"I can't believe you, Trickster.." the angel said, the angel had no preference for any gender and just looked at Trickster mad in the face, but the angel did let Trickster have room.

"Com'on be nice to Carrion's wife, he almost lost her and mourned of her if she died, but she didn't and he was happy." Azulia said, she was happy, but she did force a smile this time.

Though Carrion was protective of Trickster because of the angel, but also because he didn't want to lose her again..

"I will let Trickster prove that she can change, but if she doesn't, then she gets to go to heck for all the things she had done." the angel said, Trickster knew about what to do and wanted to prove her worth to stay on earth.

Though this did sidetrack everyone, but the angel was primarily good, so Dra would not attack again, or hopefully ever. Though Trickster did go off on her own to prove herself, so Carrion let her, he was a good husband.

"Well, we should get going, I think Trickster will pass her test and prove to come back to earth, so we better get going." Carrion said, Azulia packed up the tents quickly with her magic, though she was careful with Solstice, but she did also get the campfire as well.

"Alright, let's go!" Carrion said, he ran and Azulia, and Oceanus were right behind him, though he did make sure that everyone was with him.

Azulia forgot to use her wings, so she flew and she stopped at the bridge to wait for everyone else, but when Carrion also stopped at the bridge, so did Oceanus as she crossed first. Azulia just flew to the other side to get to the next isle, but then a mountain pony appeared and followed them, the pony was happy and stuck with Oceanus as she kept walking.

Though Oceanus knew this isle all too well, she did stop to let everyone else catch up, Azulia just stopped hovering and asked what this isle was.

"It's the Isle of Fear, besides having Isle of Dreams as your home, you need to face your fears in order to get across to the next isle, I already faced mine when I was just a filly." Oceanus said, she had disappeared and reappeared at the other end of the Isle already.

"Oh wow, we'll be separated right?" Azulia asked herself, Carrion stood next to her.

"And we'll be forced to go straight instead of backing up, meaning that we have no choice but to disappear separatly." Carrion said, he went first and disappeared, then Azulia did disappe as she said to see Solstice on the other side, she smiled happily to Namir and Solstice before she disappeared for good.

     Namir just took a deep breath as he looked over at Solstice's tent, "That would help..she's starting getting the hang of easy spells, but I don't want to push her too much. She's been through enough already.." he said before looking back at Azulia, "My magic isn't near as strong as hers is, so I can only teach her what I know. I planned on showing her how to summon things on her own tomorrow, but right now she needs rest..we all do."

     "I'll feel a bit better when she can use her magic. I lied to her when I said I would have taught her sooner. I wasn't sure if she would have used it against our birth herd because everything they put her through," his voice grew angry when he mentioned the herd, but he took a breath and calmed. Namir didn't always hate that herd as they treated him well, but everything changed once Solstice was born.

     Namir just laid down where he was standing for the time being. He thought as he listened to the others talk primarily Oceanus, "Do you know what any of the legends she wrote are about? I've heard many legends in my travels, but I never believed any of them to be true. Though now I'm starting to think some are true, but not all." he said flicking his ear, "Well..I guess we'll have to find a mountain pony then to know what happens, but won't that change the future at all?" he asked more to himself.

     All of Namir's attention went to Carrion, "How did you acquire the scroll?" Namir asked he looked over the copy he had made. "....A young unicorn mare of the night will rise..." he read out loud, but that was how it ended. There was nothing else. "You don't think my sister could really be the one the scroll mentions could you?" he asked looking up at the three of them, "I always knew she was special and held great power, but this? I don't think she was just this special.." he said looking over where his sister slept.

     Namir had to process this. Was it true? Was his little sister destined to defeat Dra? After awhile he sighed, "We can't tell her until we are certain that she is the one the legend speaks of..until then we have to figure this out before we get to Dra's kingdom." The stallion then looked at Oceanus lowering his head in respect, "I've never meant royalty before, the pleasure is mine," he said respectfully. Before he got up and went to check on Solstice.

     Solstice was just spread out in the tent. Her wings just laid at her sides spread out. Namir just quietly peeked in seeing she was completely out. "Good she's asleep," he said before he went back over to the others, "She's completely out. I'm not surprised, but at least she won't here us talking.." he said hearing her snore a bit behind him. Namir couldn't help but to let out a small quiet laugh not wanting to wake her even though he figured he wouldn't.

     That was when Namir got defensive when he saw a figure emerge before it fell. His eyes had started to glow until the figure fell. He hurried over to see that it was Trickster. He walked beside Carrion and Trickster helping them if it was needed as Carrion brought her over to the healing pool. Despite Namir not trusting her entirely, he helped if it was needed. He did however give them both space. "I am grateful that you sacrificed yourself to allow us to escape...we'll be better prepared for next time.." he said looking at the others.

     Things then got quiet as the others fell asleep one by one. Namir tried to stay up longer, but he was grained of all of energy. He couldn't remember the last time he got a full nights rest. Before he went to go sleep, he checked on Solstice again. Nothing changed. She was still asleep. Namir just smiled and went into his tent before he too went asleep for the night. Though he was worried about his sister and if the legend was true or if she was the one the legend spoke of, but since the legend was never finished, he didn't know if anything were to happen to her. That was what worried him. Solstice was the only family he had left and he was the only family she ever had.

     That morning, Namir had woke shortly after Azulia and Oceanus did. He looked around making sure everyone was alright still. He looked over at Solstice seeing she was up as well, "And here I thought I was going to have to wake you up again before we left," he grinned as he nuzzled her, "Your legs healed up nicely. Good." he said as he checked her over. "Don't say a word Solstice. I'm your brother, and I raised you. It's my job to make sure your ok," he said before he playfully nipped her.

     Solstice just yawned as her brother came over, "I guess I was just more worn out from all of that flying then I realized," she said before rolling her eyes, "My wings are just a bit sore that's all. I'll be fine.." she said before looking at the others when she noticed Trickster. Solstice just looked down unsure of what to think of her being there. Not that she wanted her dead, but Solstice looked up when she heard her apologize for everything.

     Solstice didn't say anything though. Her stomach grumbled as she looked down, "I'm starving," she said with a small chuckle as her and Namir went to grab something to eat. Though Solstice looked up when she saw the angel. "Whoa.." she said quietly as Namir just chuckled. Solstice just watched and listened to the conversation though, "She did save us...even after she wanted to send me to a herd more cruel then the one I just left..even before she wanted me to die.." Namir just gave her a look and she stopped talking looking down.

     "Never mind her. If you willingly saved us from Dra, then I'm sure you'll pass Trickster," Namir said even though he didn't trust her fully, "Good luck." he said before Trickster and the angel had left. Namir then nodded in agreement, "Wouldn't want another surprise attack from Dra." he said before looking at Solstice, "Azulia will be helping you with harder spells..powerful enough to harm Dra. I know you just started learning how to use your magic, but this must be done." Namir then went to help clean things up.

     Solstice just nodded a bit hesitantly, "Alright..I'll try my best.." she said before grabbed her book and started working some more on the spells she learned the day before. She seemed to master them quickly. Maybe magic wasn't as hard as she thought it was? For once she did feel the magic running through her veins though. It wasn't too much longer until they started moving again as Solstice had her nose buried into the book.

     Namir walked slightly behind Solstice watching her. He used his magic to make the book disappear. Solstice nearly jumped, and looked around, "What happened to my book? It disappeared from out of no where," she asked looking around confused until she noticed the look on Namir's face, "What did you do Namir?" she asked him as he had quickened his pace to match hers.

     "I told you I was going to teach you how to summon your book and other things, didn't I?" he grinned as Solstice just rolled her eyes before she gave a small nod. "It's not that different. Just concentrate and imagine it appearing right in front of you. Magic isn't as hard as you thought it was, but it gets harder the more complex the spell is. That is why Azulia will be working with you on those ones. My magic isn't strong enough to perform most of the spells in that book, but I'm ok with that. Now give it a shot."

     Solstice just looked at him before taking a deep breath. She did just as she did for everything else she had learned so far, and sure enough she had summoned her book, "Told you it wasn't that hard," Namir laughed as they neared the bridge. Solstice just grinned and flew over to the other side. Namir was the last to cross. That was when she noticed a mountain pony, "Huh it seems other horses keep on joining us..." she thought out loud to herself.

     "Isle of fear? No no no. There isn't anything scary here is there?" she asked as she had lowered her head looking around. That was until she heard that they all had to face their fears. Solstice nearly jumped when she felt Namir stand beside her. It relaxed her even though how she wasn't sure the others seemed so calm about this. Solstice was scared of several things..including Dra.

     One by one everyone disappeared, "Don't worry Solstice. If you can talk back to Dra twice, I'm sure you'll be just fine. It's like the caverns...you can face your fears Solstice. You've done it before, you can do it again." he said before he too started to fade. "I'll be waiting for you." After he said that, Namir had vanished into a unknown place leaving Solstice where she was.

     It wasn't long before Solstice too started to fade. No matter she kept Namir's words repeating in her head. Solstice took a deep breath, "I can do it..I can do it..." she reminded herself before things went black for her for what seemed like a eternity. Solstice was scared of what she'd had to face. She was scared of a lot of things, but what she'd have to face, was something she could never do. Before she realized it, Solstice realized she was standing in the middle of her birth herd. "No...not here. Something else something else!" she said to herself as she tried to hide from everyone's sight, but she only ran into Skadi and the others...

As Carrion waited for awhile, Azulia reappeared next to him, then the mountain pony was next, Carrion was just confused on why the horse kept walking with them. Though Oceanus did reappear once more, next to Azulia the sea pony mare just sniffed the horse made out of rock.

"And what's your name?" Oceanus asked the mountain pony, the horse backed up before sitting down to talk.

"My name? It's Mount Everest! Everyone knows my name! But you can call me Everest, I'm sure other horses don't wanna hear my legend, nor even my parents legends.." Everest's voice died off at the end like she didn't want to talk.

"So Everest, you can see the future right? And will it affect our future fight with Dra?" Azulia and Oceanus asked Everest, the pony was dumbfounded when the two talked at almost the same time.

"Oh why yes! I can actually tell you the whole future and not just a part of it!" Everest excitedly yelled a bit, Azulia smiled as Oceanus smiled as well, Carrion just kept his cloak on.

"Oh and your wife, I can't tell you that part though.." Everest told Carrion, he guessed that Trickster wouldn't pass the test.

"Hey at least she tried right?" Azulia asked, she smiled as it made Carrion smile greatly.

"Yeah she did, and that makes me happy to hear!" Carrion said, he looked at Everest before deciding that she was the same size as shetland pony.

"So wanna set up a temporary camp?" Carrion asked Azulia, she smiled and began setting it up once more.

"It'll be awhile since most horses that are young tend to take quite awhile, if they have a lot of fear due to something." Carrion said aloud, Azulia didn't mind as she began cooking again.

"You should be a chef! You'd do great in the baking business!" Carrion happily said, his cloak fell a little bit to reveal his smiling face.

"See? My happy nature even affects those who are down, now come eat some lunch!" Azulia said, Oceanus, Carrion, and Everest sat down to eat lunch.

"Woah, I have never seen food like this! Maybe because I usually eat rocks." Everest said, Azulia just smiled brightly to her before toning it down.

After Azulia got done cooking lot's of food, she even setted up a meat rack for Oceanus so that the fish can dry and get warm, plus tasting like jerky. Oceanus quickly took a cooked fish from the skillet and began munching on the fish, Everest just enjoyed a little salad while Carrion took the souls of the dead animals and brought them up to heaven to rest.

"Woah! I never knew you could do that!" Azulia said, she caught off guard when Carrion took the souls up to heaven.

"Well, I am a guardian to let souls pass on, that's why they call me Carrion, for meat that's called Carrion. I got these powers went I was selected to be a Guardian of Souls, or more profoundly; The Seer, The Seeker of Lost Souls, The Protector of Lost Souls, or The Protector of Souls. Either one works really, but I'm so well-known that I have my statue since I the sweetest guardian to exsist. But don't tell Namir or Solstice about this. Okay?" Carrion asked Azulia, Oceanus and Everest, they agreed to hush about it and never speak again about this.

Azulia then chose what she picked to eat and that was summoning her own pile of grass mixed with some hay, Everest just ate her meal happily then she looked at Azulia's meal, Carrion pulled out a marshemellow snowflake, Oceanus finished her lunch and had waited for the other three to finish their lunch.

Then Azulia did finish her meal and so did Everest and Carrion, she left the rest of the cooked food to dry and stay warm when Solstice and Namir had gotten here..

"Well, I'd say it was fairly easy for me to get through the Isle!" Azulia shouted happily, Oceanus and Carrion agreed.

"I'd say the same if weren't for my nervousness when I wanted to graph the stars with the pegasi village in the Air Kingdom, even though they do other tasks besides graphing stars, and constellatins.." Everest's voice died off at the end, though she smile when she felt like it.

"I only just needed to get through my grief, and fighting for my throne, but it was also easy as well." Oceanus agreed with Everest and Azulia, Carrion didn't say anything.

"I also felt the same way, for all of you.. It was a bit more difficult for me, but I pulled through, thank god you all lot weren't her to see me bawl my eyes out.." Carrion laughed a little bit, but everyone heard the last bit but continued to not have heard it.

"Anyways, it's quite after a bit in the noon, looks like we'll be here awhile. Unless the other two pull through." Carrion said, Everest just smiled and acted a bit like Azulia from her happy personality.
