I'm trying out a project to breed down stats below 100 for fun. To do this, I need for foal training to NOT add specialty stats. Would 0% foal training add 0 stats when completed? Has anyone tried this?

i've done 0% training a lot of times for various reasons, it shouldn't add any stats at all yes!
