Yeon Appreciation Post

Welcome all. Seeing as Yeon is leaving at the end of this month, I thought that it'd be nice to make an appreciation post for them. Basically to thank them for all of their lovely designs and show gratitude for having them around as a player. As well as, to display all of their gorgeous and well loved designs. 


On this thread, feel free to post your favorite design(s) by Yeon that you own or parting message. Can also include a brief background about the character. If posting an image please ensure that the design does not stretch the board. May post up to five or link up to 10. 

Yeon's designs probably account for 60% of my herd and 80% of my actively used. However, these ones are my top picks. First, my lovely pony pair Mistral and Gale. These two are bonded mates who I only order matching tags or couples art for. 


Second, is Taryn. He's a unique bullhorse species who enjoys to laze around a pasture. Love ordering art of him especially if it includes his addons. 




Third, and final for this post, is Ismay. She's my pretty girl who I try to only order Arbian art for. 



Besides their extraordinary talent with making realistic designs, I think one of my favorite parts about Yeon was their versatility. Not only were their designs all exceptional and unique, but they offered them in a variety of formats; from flat sales and auctions, to raffles and giveaways. Essentially, giving all players a chance of owning one of their designs. 

Another aspect that I loved about Yeon, was their character collection. All of the designs that they owned were absolutely stunning. They also had the most impressive and intricate backstories. It was a pleasure to learn more about them or see art of them. My ultimate favorites of were Fleura and Arius. However, all of them are gorgeous. 


Yeon thanks for all that you do and for all of the ways you've enhanced the community. You'll be dearly missed ♥

It's going to be sad not seeing Yeon around. EV was the only way I could acquire their magnificent art, but I will forever cherish all my babes made by the amazing Yeon. I have several of them, and I don't think I could ever get rid of these babes.

I came into EV as a lil kiddo who (obviously) fell in love with your designs. I learned very quickly that you are a great person and a wonderful role model for those in the art community. you are such a well-respected person around here, and I can only wish you the best in your endeavors elsewhere. I shall follow you on dA for as long as you are over yonder and chat in discord when I'm around, lol.

my collection from yeon grows substantially every month and i’m proud XD tried to link some new kids that nobody has seen yet. but my site is about 80% yeon and i really only actively use yeon designs. what a wonderful inspiration to the art community, i have learned a ton from their designs and posts. 

I joined EV in 2015 and remember seeing your art all around from day one. You are truly an inspiration to anyone and everyone in the art community because your style, execution, and way you conduct yourself online are all perfection. You're always so kind and I've always admired how you don't take any bs and aren't afraid to set clear boundaries with others. Your art is truly the most high quality and visually pleasing artwork I've ever had the pleasure of acquiring, and I will forever cherish the characters I have. I will follow you over to DA and continue to be a watcher of your wonderful works ♥ you will be greatly missed in the EV community, but forever remembered and loved!

Aaaah. I've been avoiding replying to this because I've not been sure how to actually respond fishjdfsjk. But gosh you guys ;o; Thank you for all the kind words. I'm happy that the EV community has been a place where I've been able to actively see people use adoptables that I've sold, and that some of them have been around and loved so long that wow they make me feel old rofl. I don't usually get that luxury over on dA haha.

I don't have plans to return to EV again (and I'm still undecided on what to do with my current money/credits too - derp), but you guys can still happily follow me outside of EV on dA, Toyhouse, or my own discord server (where I continue to post previews of upcoming adoptables, as well as allow preclaims on upcoming ones, and try to host 1-2 raffles a month). All those links are on my page, and I'd be happy to have you guys around :D

Yeon I wish I could still acquire new gorgeous charries made from you, but I'm very cherished to have my 19 babes made by you. ♥ Maybe one day I could buy some off more gorgeous designs off of dA or even join your discord server. It's going to be sad not seeing you around, and I hope to see you again here in the future. 

When I say this, this is the pure truth. As soon as I first saw you on EV as well as the first adopts I saw made by you.....YOU became my inspiration to keep on going with my digital art even though I don't have access to fancy art programs or even fancy brushes. I already watch you on dA (Alyssa245 I think), but I will continue to watch your journey. Even though I'm not active on dA (mainly because I can only access it on my phone). You will FOREVER be apart of the EV art community, and family. ♥ ♥ ♥

it's been hard to get art for them as i'm mostly active on EV, but my Loyal has gotten lots of love in the years i've had him. i wouldn't part with him for the world ♥
