Split up "Equippable" inventory tab

with all the new backgrounds, decor, and tack colors, the equippable tab has gotten really long and cluttered. and since more colored tack is along the way it's going to get even longer. the item listings already have equippables split into Tack, Decoration, and Background so maybe doing the same with inventory would help. even just splitting it into Tack and Decoration (having both decor and backgrounds together) would be good enough i think.
