Sorrel

I've come across a mealy sorrel Welsh Pony, however, I have never seen this color before especially with the pangare gene. I have tried recreating sorrel in the wardrobe and custom creator but I can't. It just keeps saying chestnut. I've also tried searching for the color, and it doesn't seem to be listed. It's got me really confused because eventually, I would like to use a coat applicator on her, but I'm worried I won't be able to get the sorrel color with the coat applicator.

What exactly is sorrel? Please help, I'm utterly confused. 

As far as I'm aware sorrel is a result of chestnut+pangare combination. I'll follow this topic to check if I'm right. Hopefully somebody more knowledgeable will come along :)

Lenka is right and sorrel is chestnut + pangare (either PP or Pp)

I’ve just done some searching via genotype and it appears that “Mealy Sorrel” is chestnut + pangare + graying (GG or Gg).
That finding to me makes no sense though, as why would gray change the color name? 

I am also interested in what others know!

Sorrel in game is intended to be Pangare + Chestnut. 

Mealy occurring on grey sounds like a bug caused by the grey gene, it should only say mealy on bay and brown bases, if you could report that please that would be great.
