ISO custom profile

Hello artists of equiverse! Im looking for someone who can make me a new tag and signature character. I'm offering to pay 150k and 1 credit as payment. The tag itself can either be still or animated!!

I would like the tag character to be this gal here. She can be redrawn, you can add tack to her, or create her into some sort of fantasy horse. You can either post your examples here or pm. Either way I'll be checking back for replies.

I thought we weren't allowed to make EV horses into characters

I looked at the help section, and it doesn't say anything about it.

Yea but I'm pretty sure I saw a mod saying it's not allowed on an art sales post, just can't remember which one
