Original breed design worth?

So I’ve been out of the game for a while, and I’m not sure how much designs usually go for here (in EVC and EVD), and especially not for original closed breeds.

I made this breed a few years back but haven’t gotten around to it in a while, at this point it may just be for character design purposes rather than a full on rpg group. Here are some examples: https://www.deviantart.com/riku-jord/gallery/67403627/personal-fresjord-imports

I was wondering how much designs like this would go for in EVC and EVD. I was thinking 600k or 3 EVC each, is this realistic? Would they be worth more?

They look beautiful! Pricing I couldn't really tell ya, but I would so get one if I had the room. ahah

I think they'd be more around the 100-200k mark personally. They're clean but very plain designs and the horns are quite simple. 

Character pricing fluctuates a little but I think 600k/3evc is reasonable, imo atleast. My opinion of regular character designs + closed species designs is pretty much equal, if that makes sense. If it's cute design-wise I'll snag it. ;P

I think setting up an auction would be best. Most designs go for the 50k-200k mark (more aligned with 100k), but yours has the added element of being part of a species. I'm not sure how much people would care about that aspect so it might not add much to the value, hence auction. It'll help you gauge interest and where the price stands among people for the time being.

I agree with Maple, around 100-200k for pricing. They do remind me of a mix of padros and equss ballators so tbh, I don't see myself owning one of these, but the designs are very cute!

I can see that, and from my experience in a lot of original breeds its very hard to find unique traits not found in other people’s breeds now, so many of the ones on deviantart now seem very similar to one another. I can recognize the similarities, but I hope that the traits I chose for my breed (and the way they are presented on the horses) are different enough to not seem too similar because I really do want to create my own unique designs. (For example, thin swirly patterns of dots, fewer horns in simpler shapes, colored stripes in the mane and tail only where the dots touch them, colorful hooves, and a color gradient at the end of hairs that are turned white on the mane and tail due to white markings) If you have further questions or want to discuss this more, my private messages are always open!
