painting sites

i am looking for sites that i can use to paint horse line art. what are some sites that yall uses to color your art wotk?

Most everyone here uses either GIMP, Krita, or Photoshop. The first two are free to download, but photoshop is a subscription-based program.

After a quick search, there are a couple of web browser art programs. SumoPaint has been around for several years and there's apparently a GIMP browser extension.
