Anyone know who designed these?

Uploading more of my characters to my toyhouse account and I have these two that I don't remember who designed them! I'm 99% sure I bought them off of EV. So if anyone knows, please let me know! Might add more if I find more
Also if anyone knows the artist who did the lineart that'd be awesome too, as I'm pretty sure these are free lines

I know Cast did the franken horse on those lines once or twice, looking at it it looks like the lines were by "chibi"? as for the design, I don't know for sure. design I'm getting this from

Lineart is by BH-Adoptables on deviantart! They do sign some of their lines with "Chibu".
Not sure about designer either :<

They definitely werent frankenhorse designs I know.. but maybe she hosted a different sale.. hmm. I kind of have my doubts though it was her because the eyes are coloured differently

They almost look like Windspun's appies but I'm not positive. I just know she used to sell a lot of em haha
