ISO: Custom Charrie

Looking for someone willing to make a custom character. The general theme is small town/rural gothic, mystery, paranormal, whatever you want to call it, if you've ever lived in a rural area or small town you probably have an idea what I mean. Will discuss it in more detail with perspective designers. Payment will depend on whether you're using free lines or customs, and the quality of your work, willing to pay up to 500k for it, could also potentially pay 1-2 EVC to the right person.
