[Shadow] Graze Tag Sale [Closed]

I am wanting to purchase one with the grass patch background and have it colored to look like my new horse, a Chestnut Appendix Gelding (exactly like my current tag)....I am just a bit confused on how to purchase... Would it be $60k for what I am asking? And then I would need to show you photos of my horse for coloring reference, correct?
