Migraine’s Suck 😭😭

 A little rant to get emotions with the freaking weather and the time of the month that’s triggering my massive migraine flair up right now. An my migraine meds aren’t working and so the trashcan and darkness have been my best friend the last 24 hours. The pain has dulled some between taking showers, and staying in bed essentially the whole day. Except for when I went fabric shopping for like .5 seconds to get what I needed and left. But, today’s just been all the sucky and I needed to get it off my aching head and rant. Now that that’s done x.x I just need this migraine to go away with the icestorm.

Urgh they are the absolute worst! I'm sorry your day has been so sucky:/

Thanks everyone for the well wishes! My migraine went away at around lunch time today. But now it's just got me drained out of energy x.x

Oh I'm sorry you had such a bad one. I know when I get them I end up in bed with my head between two pillows to try and block out any sound and light to try and keep me from running to the toilet constantly. I'm glad to hear it is gone now though. Hopefully no flair ups anytime soon!

Yup migraines are terrible. I get them so bad they are like mini strokes, I can't see and one side of my body goes numb and I can't string a sentence together. 

Things which can help - avoid dairy, caffeine, sugar, onions and garlic, avoid synthetic fragrances like air fresheners or candles. 
Sadly there are other triggers which cannot be eliminated. 
I have great success with chiropratic care.
Next on my list is to try a daith piercing. 

Oh I get those I believe they are called Hempiplegic migraines it really scared me when I had my first one. I also get optic ones where your eyes feel like they are gonna pop out not fun. Unfortunately the things on that list are like my life in a sentence -.- 

I definently would like to try the piercing but we will see. 

One day at school my migraine was so bad I almost went to the nurse to have my mom pick me up!!

Hemiplegic or complicated yes that's the one. I normally have to go and sleep for a day or so until it disappears. 
I got one during a driving test once, you can imagine that did not end well!
