Rulers of the Savanna pt. 2 RP

(Yeah, but I need to study for a test tomorrow. :/)

She ran faster needing to get to the mother tree, as they used to call it in her old family. Finally she reached the withered old tree. She still had some leaves and a few of the rare orange, white and pink flowers on her limbs. Lalita gently climbed up high enough and grabbed three of the flowers. She trotted back to the den with her bowl and some twigs as well. "Simba, help me please" she said handing him the bowl with the flowers inside. "Crush those to a pulp." She turned and got the fire ready.

Simba moaned but was able to do what she asked. At least that monster crocodile hadn't bitten him in half; which Simba would've been dead if he had.

Lalita looked back making sure Simba couldn't see her, his back was turned crushing the three flowers. She clenched her left claws onto the rocks and silently bit her foot drawing a little blood. She walked over and looked at him and smiled. "This will work" she said very confidently. She kissed his cheek and let 5 drips of her blood drip into a small cup she had laying around. When he as dkn crushing the flowers she poured the liquidy pulp into the cup on tip of the blood. She mixed it and looked at him. "This will probably taste really nasty but youust drink it. Hold my paw" they held paws and she sang the spell. Her voice echoing in her cave, she stopped and said" now drink" (he doesn't know there's blood in it)

"Oh my goodness gracious, by the Great Kings of the Past!!! That is horrible!!!!" Simba roared, sticking out his tongue, shaking his head, and trying to get the taste off his tongue.

Lalita laughed" don't spill it! Just drink every drop" she was still laughing. His face was priceless. She giggled and made sure he didn't spill the rest of the drink. "Go on it won't kill you I promise" she joked with him.

"Oh.......... why me?!" Simba moaned but forced himself to finish the nasty stuff.

"Because you chose me" she said laughing at his disgusted face. "Now sleep and you will feel better tomorrow" she continued, walking to the ledge and staring out at the sky. She smiled and was happy that she could help her mate.

Simba sighed, laid down, and rested for the rest of the day. While it was still only early morning.......

Basra woke up, yawned, and went to get Simba for their morning patrol. "Good morning Lalita, is Simba awake???"

Anika woke up, and stretched her renewed muscles. She stood and nudged Cali's side softly.
" Come on, time for a hunt! " she said, rolling the smaller lioness onto her
side.

Lalita stood" no he is resting after an eventful afternoon with your monster in that lake" she said laughing slightly. "Is there anything I can do to help you in his place or shall I go wake him? ", she asked

"Monster in the lake????? Oh my........... the legends are true. I never believed them myself about the huge crocodile who haunts these waters." Basra jumped.

Lalita smiled" yes of course it is true" she said still grinning. She knew all about all the legends of this place and everywhere else. Her mother had taught her. She watched Basra, glad he was back with his mate Josie. (Sorry its taking a while xD I'm polishing my bf shoes)

Simba could hear Basra talking, but rested. He was tired, but felt a lot better, and his wound was healing perfectly. Basra sighed, "No wonder my parents always told me, Rasa, and the other cubs to stay away from the deep end of the lake."
