#231621 Posted on 2020-12-18 13:22:56 Hi everyone! My name is Alison, and I have been playing SIM games for longer than I care to admit, even having had a small game of my own for a time. I followed my dear friend Tiffany (Havok) here on her suggestion, and I'm so glad I did! A little about me..I am a 30 something single mom of a great kid, I run a family owned pet food & supply store in New England, and I have three rescue cats and two rescue dogs. My family had been showing Morgans since before I was born, so it was a natural progression when I started riding and showing Morgans at age 5. I showed Miniature Horses for a little while in my 20's, and had my own Mini named Nero that I trained to drive. He now lives with his other little buddies retired out to pasture. I lost my grand old Morgan a few years back, and right now I am too busy to have a horse of my own. I am grateful for the 15+ years I had with him and all he taught me. Winning at the the Morgan Grand Nationals with him was a dream achievement and something I will never forget. He was the first horse my son ever rode, which was really special to me ♥ This was my Vandemere: Needless to say, in the game I plan to focus on Morgans, but I know myself and I always dabble in other breeds as well..typically stock horses. I will of course need to have a few Minis as well. I am still getting used to the ins and outs of the game and how everything works, but it seems to be a great little community and a fun game overall. #231723 Posted on 2020-12-20 06:57:34 Hi! Welcome to EV. I too raise Morgans on here as they are a great breed though I have so far never got to work with them in RL. I was lucky enough to work with Hanoverian/Dutch & Belgian Warmbloods in Dressage at first before I switched to Show Jumping before giving horses up after a freak accident some 12 years ago now.
