[siren] Where I've been

Hey guys. Been a very long time since I've been around. There's probably a bunch of faces here I don't even know now. I honestly don't even know if I'm coming back. I lurked the other day a little bit lol.
Anywho.. A lot has happened since I took my long break.
I finally started seeing a guy in February, not that that matters. At the end of March I had been laid off from work because of the coronavirus thing, I've still been chilling at home. Tbh I'm not complaining that much.
More things that's been happening.. I found a lump on my cat's leg. His name is Simon. Got testing on it and it turned out to be cancer. He's only 5 years old so I wanted to get it removed and let him have the fullest life. The vet is optimistic. He had his surgery and everything went well and he just got his stitches out last week. I'll try to post a photo I got with him in his bandage and cone lol. It's just on me now to continue monitoring his legs to make sure nothing comes back.

Was a very expensive surgery and definitely not great timing, but that's why I save money.
Umm, other than this, I have barely been drawing unfortunately. These are the only things I've really done recently



anyway, um. Don't really know what else to say. I might be lurking for a bit. But it's nice to kinda look around here again c:

Glad you caught his cancer early. White (or mostly white) kitties seem so prone to various cancers. Hopefully he doesn't develop anymore lumps! He is a handsome boy!!

It's so nice to hear from you Siren! It's been a really long time. I miss your art lol. I came back active around the first of the year also and I've stayed really active since, getting back into art some. 

Hope you're kitty has a quick recovery and stays healthy!

And thanks everyone. Simon is doing much better. He doesn’t need the cone anymore, which he is super happy about lol. He can finally fit in his cat tree without having to awkwardly try to incorporate a satellite dish on his head in there XD his leg looks gross and funny shaved though. I laugh at it every time.
I was looking after my sister’s dog on the weekend so he was pretty much hiding all weekend with my other cat. But it’s nice to see him out again lol

I should also add, it’s really nice hearing from you guys as well. I kinda missed my lil EV family lol

Siren!! -glomps- Hi sweetie! It's good to "see" you. I'm glad you're doing ok, and that your cat is doing ok, too. It sounds like you caught it just in time.
