ARGGHH!! a mini moan/rant about my horrid TWH herd

I absolutely HATE the fact my TWH herd is so messed up. Ever since the recode way back when, they got converted from defunct breeds that were in the wrong discipline for what I raise my TWH's in (endurance) and I'm too lazy/tight/scared it'll go wrong to convert them to the right discipline... though would it work?

Because right now every time I try to work with them I lose heart just by looking at their mis-matched disciplines & ropy confo (I seemed to get a lot of crap in that department out of the conversion!) though I don't personally breed for that I also don't like anything less than 55 as a base.

So how do I work on improving them if I can't even bare to look at them?! And I did so want to be a good TWH breeder when I planned on expanding the herd after the recode. It makes me sad. Then Angry. Then sad again!

I also feel guilty locking them because its not their fault, bless their poor pixel hearts.

And I can't face starting over with Foundations; though it might come to that one day.

Same thing happens to me when I take hiatuses and then come back to see how their stats do not even compare with the current market/status of what the unlocked horses are currently getting played lol Until I feel comfortable playing them again they'll sit locked. I would hate to dump my pixels when I've put a lot of time into their pedigrees and whatnot (I still think they are valuable to me at least). :P

Yep I am thinking of locking them up again since they are depressing me right now!

Might have to start a new project/breed maybe??

If you're talking about the ones in your endurance and driving division, it looks like a lot of them are foundations and could be converted either way.  There are definitely some lined ones in there with low nss, so I wouldn't convert them out of whatever division is best for them - but I see some lined ones that also look like they could have their stats converted with no issue.  It wouldn't fix them all, but it could definitely get the bulk of them in one specialization.
