Hi there, 

out of curiosity, I just checked out the EV item list. 
Can anyone explain the difference between the Love Potion and the Breed Again Solution to me? Don´t they do the same..?

They do the same thing. One is an event item that is obtained only in the February Love hearts Event for Ruby Hearts, the Breed again solution is obtained through the credit sales page!
