Can you put event items on foals? What is your favorite event items?

You can put Backgrounds and non-horse specific decors on foals, and they will show up. However the horse-specific items (cloak, wings, hat etc.) will be hidden until the horse becomes an adult.

I believe you can but most (if not all) decoration items will not show up until foal art rolls over to adult artwork. (Pretty certain you can't put tack on foals anymore.)
