I was just wondering if there was a guide some where or a post that tells you what all different coat colors there are for each breed? I feel like that would be super helpful for a lot of people.

Yes!    :)     Although it is kind of hard to find.

Go to TOWN < Statistics < select desired breed

It doesn't list exact colors but shows what color genes are allowed for each breed.    :)

Underneath this guide is a list of colors horses can have on EV. Scroll past the first post to the very 2nd one and you'll find all possible colors and variations (with some notes comparing them to their real life versions).
