I NEED A NEW CHARACTER ♥

So I've been wanting a new design for ages and Ive been trying to design it myself but honestly I'm coming up blank. So I'm hosting a contest!
I don't really have a very rigid idea of what I want, I just know it NEEDS to be unique. This doesn't necessarily mean crazy colors, but I do want a nice design. She needs a personality!

Prize: I'm trying not to spend that much money SO I'm mixing things up.
-400k evd 
-10 Free recolors on any of my tag sales (they don't take a slot)
-Peppermint jar (20 uses)

Rules:
-It has to be your original design
-stock lines are fine as long as you credit the artist
-I can end this with no winner if I'm not drawn to any entries
-I may choose more than one
-You can sell/keep your entry if I didn't choose it

MY LIKES ARE DISLIKES ARE JUST GENERAL GUIDELINES, NOT OBLIGATIONS

Likes:
-MARES
-cool add-ons but definitely not necessary
-roans, appys, unique paints
-either pinkish colors or really dark colors
-Unique horns
-unnatural colors ok if they look good with the design
-extra points if it looks badass

Dislikes:
-neon colors
-wings
-boring tobiano paint designs
-unicorn horns
-messiness
-Plain chestnuts, bays, etc with no markings

Again, these are just general likes and dislikes. If theres something I dislike but you manage to pull it off I might still like it. Have fun designing!

I have this one I designed awhile back and posted to sell just before EV switched to the new version, so it got lost in the switch and hasn't been sold. Lines I bought from Forevermore (their initial is under the design).

I did a liver chestnut with splash, blue eyes, spiral horns and a ribbon with a jewel, and used my own lines for it. :)
