I am looking for 23 names! Paying 5k per a name, total of 115k. I will be taking names for extras as well to use later :) The description of each name is above each link. If it is a name that isn't english, please list what the name means!

These 2 ladies are looking for names. I would like sweet names despite their intended evil personalities. Currently they are named after the actors from the Shining who played the Grady twins (can't find their names in the film). The one (named Louise currently) is a serial killer and her sister (Currently Lisa) helps find her victims.
