The Dutch Warmblood Association (DWA) focuses on the betterment of the DWB here on Equiverse. We want to achieve not just higher specialty stats, but higher conformation and consistent show performance. Not only do we want to see the betterment of the breed, but we aim to increase popularity by offering new breeder incentives, as well as rewards for breeding and performance milestones. Join us! We’d love to have you! Registration Requirements Breed: Dutch Warmblood Stats: 250 Average Conformation: 60 There is currently no requirement regarding NS stats or minimum grade. All specialties welcome. Current Contests Newsletters Updates 31 July 2019-- Thanks for hanging in there everyone! I know the past few months I've been basically absent and I apologize for that. The latest newsletter has been posted and I've launched our second lottery! Please check out both and enter the lottery for some great EVD + EVC prizes! 23 May 2019-- Our 2nd newsletter is available and we have officially passed 20 members! Please remember to check out the Mascot Contest and enter your horses! Keep an eye out for our next Lottery as well! 29 April 2019-- Our first newsletter is up! Check it out for some good info, reminders, and ideas! We'd love your feedback! 24 April 2019-- So far the basics are all available on our club page. We have a plethora of contests coming up and I've implemented some great incentives for current and new breeders alike, with more in the works. Feel free to comment with any questions or ideas!

I love DWBs but always ditch them when I get overwhelmed. However, a club that is active and provides real incentive to being a breeder is a HUGE draw. Nice work! I'll be back to register some horses once I have a chance to go shopping.

Im just in the process of creating a herd of CUSTOM dwb..alas, my last 2 mares confos were only 59.50 ( all goods tho)... the others are eitehr 61.25 or 63. 50 for confo.. go figure.. lolz. Ah well, the foals should have confos that would make them eligible for registration..

Hey guys! New to EV and Duchies! Not high enough level yet to breed, but I’m still a bit confused on how it works. Do you have to breed them to other people’s horses? And can you just use your own mare/stallion combos? I have a lvl 1 Duchie that I’m hoping to take very far! Her name is Jeg Elsker Dig Min Skat. It means I love you my treasure in Danish.

@Flinn - You can do both if you like! It really depends on what you decide to breed for. Most people want to focus on keeping the showing specialty stats (ex: dressage needs high agility and intelligence) high and the non-specialty stats (ex: speed, strength, and endurance if you're focusing on dressage) low. A lot of people are also try to breed for better conformation. So, you can breed your own horses together to maximize those things, or find horses other players have offered for public stud to breed to.

I've got only a few DWBs and not even with high enough confo to register, but I'm keeping fingers crossed for you guys! It looks like a great initiative! :)
