He's built like he is in his ref. He pretends to be a leader even though in reality he has no idea what's going on. He is kind of goofy, but it's hard to catch him being silly, although sometimes it shows through.

Mostly want to leave this up to you, but if you could kind of convey him trying to cover up his silliness if that makes sense.
