I've already posted a bug report, but has anyone else noticed that their horses are progressing normally except that their cooldown time (for mares) is not changing day to day? I have two horses in particular that I've noticed issues with--one stuck at 6 days, one at 3.

Jup, that's why I breed not lataer than 18 (ages in 3 days), 19 (ages in 2 days). 20 (ages tommorow) is the one that can be lost if the mare didn't give earlier promising foals and that bug happened between 19-20. ;)

Does it spontaneously fix itself?

No, breeding is messed up and the clock doesn't come back. Once it did, but it was because of the progression bug that "froze" the breeding clock for a day.

Urge. So one of the mares is 19, ages tomorrow. Should I just lock her up for now?

If you think that Abbey will fix her or solve the bug in the nearest future, then sure. I just keept them and if the mare was giving good foals, I used breed again solutions to get 3rd one.
