If so, there's a section in Help for this: If you have tried to purchase EV Credits via the Credit Shop, please check your PayPal transaction. This usually happens when your payment type is an e-Cheque. In this case, your payment will be processed in 5-7 working days and your credits should be awarded to your account once the payment is cleared. If your payment is NOT an e-Cheque, please wait for up to 15 minutes. If your credits still don't come through, please check PayPal and find your Transaction ID (or Receipt ID) and send an email through the Contact Us form with the Transaction (or Receipt) ID. We will then investigate the issue, and manually send the credits to your account. If not then I don't know. 0 members like this post.
