In the hospital :(

Yesterday I got sick which I knew was coming anyway the day before, I always get a sore thorat the day before it really hits me. And last night a friend came over with some food(have to love those mother like friends right) well while we where eating I got up to refill my drink and then I couldn't see not only that but I apparently fell to the ground, and I don't even remember falling. I barely even remember getting to the hospital....to be honest I was freaking scared and kind of still am since we have no idea what caused it. I want to believe that it was because I'm sick but that's never happened before while I was sick and I don't get sick often.  

Oh no! Feel better! Could it have been medicine you took?

I had something similar happen to me, no vision and not remembering what happened exactly but probably not the same thing. It was my first panic attack (I didn't know it at the time), but I was walking and my vision kept going in and out and I kept walking in to display cabinets (I was at a museum). Luckily I got to sit down before I passed out.  I don't remember much of it.

The doc suggested that and since I hadn't taken it before and I took it not long after my friend came over I think it's best to say that it was the cause of it.

I know how panic attacks feel, it's happened to me bofbef but I never caused me to lose sight and collapse. Luckily you where able to sit down and you didn't get hurt :)

Thank you :) I'm home now, it was very likely the medicine I took but I'm feeling  a little better then I did before. I actually got home early this morning and as tired as I am I can't seem to fall asleep so I'm here on EV

I'm so glad you're okay! I hope the medicine isn't something you have to take every day, and if so, you can find something else that works (and doesn't make you faint!) If you like to read, I'd suggest trying to do that until you're too tired to keep your eyes open anymore. Or something else you like to do that's relaxing. But put electronics away; their light imitates sunlight and keeps you awake.

No thankfully it's not I honestly don't like taking any kind of medicine unless absolutely necessary and normally I don't even take cold medicine I just wait it out. Yea i ended finishing taking care of the horses on EV and listening to some music before falling asleep :)

Yw ♥ I totally get it, something similar happened just before my surgery last October with anxiety meds, since I had to switch just before my surgery. Needless to say it didn't go down well haha! Feel better soon!!

I took some medicine, that caused me to have a really bad allergic reaction. 
I was in the hospital for 2 days.
