I'm trying to get organized with my lines honestly because for a while it was all pretty messy xD So I've been getting a bunch of new horses and such. Anyway, I breed Dutch Warmbloods for showjumping and Mustangs for endurance, although I've got the mustangs locked right now

I'm actively working on a few projects right now.

All breeds are being focused in stats right now.

I've got Appaloosas in jumping that I'm breeding with a future goal of spotted blankets, cream, roan, and dun.

My driving Morgans are also currently being bred with a future goal of cream, flaxen and dun.

My endurance walkers have a future goal of cream, champagne, dun, flaxen, roan, and splash.

And my dressage tbs I have a future goal of cream, overo and to breed out the grey that is overrunning my herd.

Hello my name is Sabriel and I have too many breeds. I really really like all of them though so they're all sticking around! I breed for varying things across my breeds, mostly everyone has a showing stat focus, but there are some that have color requirements for me and I try to keep improving conformation. I have a few popular breeds and some less popular ones, and some "rarer" discipline/breed combinations including a line of Shetlands in each discipline on my spare! I'm what I describe as "privately public" for the most part because I'm lazy and don't remember to put up or take down studs/mares but am open to people making requests for breedings. I also sell spare foals on the open market and stud/brood those that don't end up sold by 15.

Breeding for color is both easy and hard. If you know what you want and can find two horses not closely related with the genes you're looking for then it's easy! But there's always a gamble if you don't have homozygous horses. For example I breed for Black in TBs, I bred one pair that both were Ee TWICE and both foals came out Chestnut a 50% chance, but It's only ever happened twice in a row for me that once. Poor Black Sheep is figuratively but not literally the Black Sheep of the Family.
breeding for conformation seems to be a bit of a gamble at the moment as well, but for the most part if you try to keep bettering your herd and pair Poor with higher options like Good and Excellent your herd's conformation will continue to improve.

As for ways to keep up with horses on the game? the Auto tools are my best friend, and keeping my deluxe since the vet and shoe all buttons are a lifesaver when you have horses all over the board! (though I had 55 change over at once the other day, that was weird!). Locking divisions is also a great tool it allows you to continue playing on a small scale if you're busy and go full out when you want to play with more ponies!
