So I’ve noticed that some of my 5/5 splint boots and tail guards give +13 in every category while others give +23. Is this a bug or does it have something to do with how I upgraded them? Also I’ve been noticing that the tack I’ve upgraded a while ago give +23 while the newer ones give +13

Probably a bug. All of mine say +13 for each category, including tack that I upgraded years ago. You should mention it in the bug zapper
