Farmsitting, July 4th, and Waiting for SSO update

So, I have a part-time job as a farmsitter. Currently, I'm taking care of three Arabs, two ponies, and a mini, plus an indoor cat. It's the fourth of July, which means fireworks are going off everywhere around. And I'm sitting waiting for SSO to update. It's weird. I got the update this morning when I first opened the game and it was fast, like five minutes. This afternoon, I tried to get back on, and it's literally taken more than an hour to update, AGAIN! Anyone else being driven crazy by "guns" going off around their neighborhood and praying to Aideen that SSO will finally finish updating?

This update, by the way, is the one where you are trying to find Concorde at the circus and are stopped by the little creepy clown, I think Ziv is his name, so you go to Pi for help. I did love the four circus Lusitanos, though. And I was sure that Zee, or whatever her name is, the North Swedish Horse, was Concorde. Should have known it wouldn't be THAT easy.
