Shows, division and other concerns

#177377 Posted on 2018-07-03 16:37:01

Hi!
I just purchased Deluxe account and started to create stable and everything in it. BUT! My first problem is: I don't know why, some of my shows are in lower grade than I chose. Is there any way to delete them to have space for creating new ones or convert to different grade since no one is participating yet?

Second: if one day I will chose to not continue Deluxe, what will happen with my additional divisions? And horses in them?

And the big question. I breed show jumping trakheners but I need some change. I was thinking about some new breed just for colors. What breeds can provide a lot of colors? Except Gypsies of course ^^

I can’t answer the first two, but some breeds with lots of colour are Quarter Horses, Paints, Appaloosas, Morgans, and Mustangs. I’d be able to help you get started with the first three breeds if you wanted some help getting started. All of those breeds also seem to be popular in the Western specialty. :)

I'll have to check in Wardrobe what I like the most, but I'll write to you if I'll decide to chose those breeds :) I was thinking about Gypsies tho, I just wanted some alternatives as well.

If shows are being created in a lower grade than you chose and it's not a mistake then it's a bug and should be reported, I believe there's already a report in the bug zapper already. You can't delete shows, shows run automatically after 24 hours or at 15 entries before then. So you'll have the full amount by tomorrow.

If your deluxe runs out you keep the divisions and horse spaces that you bought with your deluxe, you just won't be able to buy more divisions or space unless you renew your deluxe.

Colourful breeds include pretty much every breed that's not an Arabian, Clydesdale, Dutch Warmblood, Friesian, Lipizzaner, Trakehner, or Thoroughbred. Though Arabians can be pretty colourful with their flaxens and sabino markings imo.

But I will be able to create new shows tomorrow or what I created now is like... for ever?

About colors, now I know my goal. Dun, double cream, champagne and double roan at once xD So what's left, except ponies, are Quaters and Appaloosa, right?

Tennessee walkers also have dun, cream, champagne, and roan. As do Chincoteagues.

As for shows, you can make new shows when the timers run out if no one enters them.

I think I will go with Quaters, I like their arts the most. I had a crazy idea to make a dressage herd out of them but looking at statistics it wouldn't be profitable ^^

Do you guys suggest to search for wanted genes in Equine Centers or to buy horses from other players? I would prefer to start my own lines, but I'm not sure how small chances to get a horse with those colors are.

Buying from people would probably work better, but I also found tons of cool colours in the RC. :)
