Cream GVs

#175191 Posted on 2018-06-18 14:57:50

So I am a sucker for anything with cream, and when I decided to start breeding GVs and saw how gorgeous cream looks on them I knew that is what my focus would be.
However
I have noticed a real lack of cream public studs.... :( So I have decided to create my own string of well bred Driving GVs that have Crcr or CrCr.

Now They wont be public for quite some time and the first batch of foals have only just turned one and I don't plan on testing them out breeding wise until about 5 or 6 years old.

Anyway I was just wondering If anyone would be interested in these cream GVs once the time comes to have them open for brood/stud and selling?
If so comment below and I will add you to a list that will be notified once the lines are producing good foals.

***ALSO***

Since the line is just developing if you want me to add rarer colours - for example mealy and flaxen to the lines then let me know and I can try and get those genes in the mix.

^I would love that! Cream on Gypsies is awesome! It's impossible to find ANY good gypsy studs out there for a reasonable price, no desirable studs at all for a good price of any breed. And because I adore adore adore gypsies so muchly I would totally be interested.

I have a couple creams I’m gonna stud out once of age, but I’d be interested in using some of yours. :)

An Update for everyone who has been interested. :)

So we have quite a few cream carrying foals on the ground now, which is awesome. So why don't I tell you a little bit about the current herd?

Stallions:

± Cricket II [58.31]

Cricket II is currently our only stallion of breeding age, and we are only selectively breeding with him just now. He is 14.2hh with a conformation of 58.13
He has been genetically tested and is Mealy Buckskin with Roan and Sabino (Ee Aa gg Crcr dd chch FF zz Pp stysty rbrb RnSb oo spsp lplp patn1patn1 patn2patn2)

Mares:

± Little Blue Honey [56.13]

Little Blue Honey has given us two foals so far, and both have been great. She is 13.2hh so she is pretty tiny but has a massive bold colour. Her conformation is 56.13
Has been tested and she is a Buckskin Tovero (Ee AA gg Crcr dd chch FF zz pp stysty rbrb TT Oo spsp lplp patn1patn1 patn2patn2)

± Winter Bird [56.63]

Winter Bird, is a brand new 3 year old foundation mare who is 14.3hh. She has a conformation of 56.63
She is a Bay with Roan and Tobiano, so we plan to breed her to double creme dilutes. She hasn't been tested yet but we don't expect her to carry any hidden genes such a flaxen etc.

Young Stock:

± Swift Moonlight [56.37]

Swift Moonlight is currently a 2 year colt who is 14.1hh with a conformation of 56.37
He is Buckskin (turning grey) with Tobiano and Sabino (Ee AA Gg Crcr dd chch FF zz pp stysty rbrb TSb oo spsp lplp patn1patn1 patn2patn2)
He will be the only horse with his lines, as even though we have bred from his sire a couple of times we were unable to rescue his dam at the RC along with him.

± Swift Love Affair [56.11]

Swift Love Affair is a 2 year old filly, who is 14.3hh, and has a conformation of 56.11
She is a Buckskin (turning grey) with Tovero (Ee AA Gg Crcr dd chch FF zz pp stysty rbrb TT Oo spsp lplp patn1patn1 patn2patn2)

± Little Swift Thinker [58.28]

Swift Little Thinker is a 2 year old colt who's height goes with his name as he is only 13.3hh and has a conformation of 58.28
He is Buckskin (going grey) with Tobiano and Sabino (EE AA Gg Crcr dd chch FF zz pp stysty rbrb TSb oo spsp lplp patn1patn1 patn2patn2)

± Theory Of Everything [60.03]

Theory Of Everything is a 2 year old colt who is 14hh and has a conformation of 60.03
He is buckskin (going grey) with Roan and Sabino (Ee Aa Gg Crcr dd chch FF zz pp stysty rbrb RnSb oo spsp lplp patn1patn1 patn2patn2)

± The Indigo Ending [58.08]

The Indigo Ending is a yearling colt who is 14hh and has a conformation of 58.08
He is currently our only Smoky Black. But he has been tested and is actually Silver Smoky Black Dun with Tobiano and Roan (Ee aa gg Crcr Dd chch FF Zz pp stysty rbrb RnT oo spsp lplp patn1patn1 patn2patn2)

± Indigo Boy [57.65]

Indigo Boy is a yearling colt who is 13.2hh with a conformation of 57.65
He is currently our favourite foal and it is easy to tell why, when you look at him.
He is a Mealy Dunalino with Roan and Tobiano (ee aa gg Crcr Dd chch FF zz Pp stysty rbrb RnSb oo spsp lplp patn1patn1 patn2patn2)

± Glow Of Crickets [56.17]

She is the youngest of our youngstock, as she is yet to turn 1 years old. She is 14.2hh and has a conformation of 56.17
She is a Mealy Buckskin (going grey) with Splash and Sabino she also carries the Flaxen gene (Ee AA Gg Crcr dd chch Ff zz Pp stysty rbrb Sb+ oo Spsp lplp patn1patn1 patn2patn2)
