quick question, are all of the Chincos 2 EVC each or just the ones with less than 15 non-specialty stats?

I don't really have a price for them yet. But what I meant was that their specialties are set to the correct ones, but if you convert them to a wrong one, then back again, you'll be able to have those non-specialties. A lot of the horses have more non-specialty stats than their base non-specialty stats.
