No Horse Names

I have just logged on and went to go care for my horses, none of their names are there, the same thing happens when looking at show activity.
As there are no names I can't click on the horses, anyone else having this issue? 

I don't have that issue, but the show results on the results page of one of my horses shows today's results more than once... And I seem to have gotten the experience for that more than once as well... xD At leats, I think, I got the experience more than once. 

Make sure you log it on the bug zapper on the bottom of the page so Abbey is notified of the issue.

I have reported it, I have manged to look at one horse and from there it keeps saying all my horses are deceased? Even though I am able to train them. 

@ Rising Sun, are your horses' name start with some kind of special character like á? I have similar issues but none of have whole name disappeared, just partial. I think it is related to special character (á, ?, etc) because some of my horses' last few letters in their name also disappeared. For example: http://www.equiverse.com/horse.php?id=738142 - His name was Wb. Týr but ýr disappeared so now his name is Wb. T. My second horse: http://www.equiverse.com/horse.php?id=738160 - Her name was Wb. Rán but now she's Wb. R.

lot's of my horses have anything after the first word cut off, and I don't have any special characters in them. :/

No!!!! Now I got over 500+ horses to rename!!!! 😣

Same thing has happened to all of my horses. I am EXTREMELY upset about this. I have HUNDREDS of horses (595 of them, specifically) that now have no names, and MONTHS worth of plans for them as individuals that I have no way to use now because there's no way for me to tell what their names were. I understand that glitches and bugs happen, but this has essentially made the game entirely unplayable for me, and I have no idea how to even try to reconstruct the YEARS of work that have gone into these horses, because I tied my plans and pedigrees into their names.

I... am going to have to do some thinking about whether I keep playing.

I've loved this game for years, and I really loathe people threatening to flounce. But this feels like having years of work erased, (yes, I realize the horses are still there, but I plan out months in advance, and pick names carefully so I can tell which horses are related, etc.), and I have no idea how to try and reconstruct my plans for nearly 600 horses. Since this game is something I do for fun and relaxation, I'm going to have to decide if it's worth it or not.

In case it helps anyone else:
It's tedious as heck, but for at least most of my active horses I can find their names in my browser history. Not if I click on the horse in question (that I guess "overwrites" the saved name in my history). But if I hover over the horse, so that I can see the url of the horse's page, which includes the horse's ID #, I can then search my browser history for that ID#, and it brings up the horse's name.
Tedious, but it means I can find some of the lost info.

I just got rid of special characters from my horse's names about a month ago, I'm so relieved I don't have to rename them all.

If I were stuck renaming my herd it would a day or two and put a serious kink in my long pedigree horses as I use names to show relationships through generations of horses.

An advice for you guys who have to rename your herd:

Record their names in public or private notes. That's what saved me. I also have a personal spreadsheet as well as back up.
