Variety of scenery

So these are all tags but I'm not sure what to sell them for so I suppose I'll auction them off. I made these all using my phone painting program. Names can be added to this or text etc.

I don't believe you can sell these, as I can't confirm that the art from the app is copyright-free, or intended for anything other than personal use. Since it's an existing number of choices it's similar to selling art made using a character creator, which we don't allow. I suggest reviewing the art help.

So this sales thread is invalid?
Otherwise I would still on No. 2. increase the bid to 20k...

River I didn't know that but I'll go look at the rules on the app and find out what it says if that helps. I pieced all the images together and made them based off what I wanted to see with scenery so I didn't think it would be the same as a character creator that changes the horse colors because I made these. Verses the horse creator was you hit a button and it changes the horse colors to the color the designer made and so you're not really making any of it besides just hitting buttons. But if this is against rules then that's okay and I will shut it down I just didn't see how it was the same as a horse creator. 

It's primarily a question of copyright - perhaps I shouldn't have mentioned the comparison with a character creator. The issue with copyright is that you cannot selling something that you did not create entirely on your own, and do not own the rights to. Since I do not know the app you are using I cannot confirm whether the images are in the creative commons or if they are ok with you monetizing images, or any other questions.

Generally players use resources and images from sites that provide them free of copyright, such as morguefile or pixabay or items from the resources section of deviantart. With those images the rules are relatively straightforward. With the case of an app, I can't be certain, so it's better to be cautious.

Thank you that makes sense. I appreciate you checking because you're not only protecting EV but me too from getting in trouble over something I might be oblivious to. The program I'm using is Sony's sketch app. And I tried looking for rules but I feel stupid because I don't know how to look for it or where. 

I'm having a hard time finding information that answers any of these questions too - they seem to encourage sharing on social media (but that doesn't involve selling). Anything you create using the brushes etc would seem to be fine to sell, but I'm not sure about selling art that is created with the stickers, because I don't know who makes those or where they come from or anything like that. :S

The stickers (whoever made or supplied it) would still have to be credited somehow, and I'm not sure how to tell you to do that cause I dunno where they come from. :/

I found this after searching some more but my stickers do not have people listed at all that I can see, only that sony is providing it with the program and how big the file to download is.

At least that clarifies that you cannot sell them - I would hazard that as long as you credit the app somehow as being the source of the imagery (crediting listed out in the topic can be acceptable per the terms), it would be fine to give them away. Thank you for being so patient with this.
