New England Round 4

#161710 Posted on 2018-03-20 12:46:31

Where are my New England peeps at? Im in the heart of massachusetts about to get gut punched by snow storm #4... lost power with the storm from last week and the week before that, we had almost 3ft of snow in my backyard and my horse refused to leave his stall until I shoveled a path...

I love New England, I do, but this winter sucks...

Happy first day of spring :/

I'm in Alberta, Canada, and I'm with you. I'm about 5'8-5'9 ft tall, and the snow is past my waist at places. I don't mind winter, but I'm 100% ready for spring already. :/

I'm in Michigan. We had snow on the radar, but it seems to have moved north and south of where I am, but it's still pretty cold!

We only got like 4ft in total this winter in Utah! The skiers and snowboarders weren't all that happy.

Ugh its killing me! I dont like three large storms in a row, makes it impossible to clean up from the last one...

-Rides in on mutant snowman- Connecticut is ready to be slammed and knocked out of power for a week again /: My barn's paddock is downhill so it's a HUGE mudslide and impossible. Your boots get sucked in to your knees, easy. The snow needs to stop so it can all dry up. I cannot even imagine how many hoof issues there's gonna be (pasture 24/7 cause they don't have enough stalls for all the horses)

My horse has been water logged before from super wet conditions a few winters ago so im hoping it wont happen again... just watched the news and thankfully the snow totals arent as bad as I anticipated

The horse my daughter rides already has a bunch of mud fungus and definitely smells like he has thrush. The mud is so bad at the barn :(
