*Leaving Decorations On

So, whenever one of my horses have made it onto the Teke All-Time Hall Of Fame, I make their background the Winner's Circle and occasionally give them another decoration I may have. However, those decorations are automatically taken off of them after their death. So I am proposing that we have the option of leaving on a horse's background/decorations ever after death, so you can still see them on the horse in Former Horses.

This wouldn't affect me in anyway even if it was brought in as I remove any reusable decorations & back grounds when my horses turn 21 as obviously I want to use them on a "living" horse.

I don't really see the point nor do I really care about if a horse has a winners circle background on it when its dead as I'm not one for checking in on my former horses too much so meh.

That's why I suggested it be an option, cause I am sure there are some that wouldn't exactly care.
I like going through my former horses and I would like to continue seeing them with their decorations. Those that don't care for it don't have to use it, but I personally would like the decorations I paid for/earned to remain on my best horses.
Especially now that we can have all-time personal halls of fame, I'd like for those horses to remain prettied up.

Yes yes yes! No lie, I considered posting this exact suggestion earlier today because one of my Shetlands just passed away and I already miss being able to look at him with a pretty wintry scene.

Storing information on all the items ever worn by the horse wouldn't realistically be an option, so it would have to tie up the item if this was going to be implemented.

As for all decoration options being available, I'm not a huge fan of this as I plan on bringing in event exclusive decorations (similarly to what we already have with the Valentines and Christmas decorations) and it sort of cheapens them if any retired horse can just display it.

I do like this idea, for precisely the reason RemRem mentioned.  I haven't done it yet, but I've been intending to put my future Hall of Famers on Winners Circle backgrounds.  To me, it's like taking a photograph of a champion horse at their big win, and saving it for posterity.  

Perhaps there could be some way where it would show on a horse's page if they have made it into the Hall of Fame?
