Phantom
She chuckled slightly watching him squeeze into the opening. She then turned back to the edge of the cliff. She lifted her large wings, letting the wind run through them, and lifted her majestic head to the breeze, eyes closed.

Rook
He sped down the tunnel, wondering where it led. It wasn't long before it showed him. It suddenly opened up, and he found himself looking into a vast cavern. A large lake was set in the center, and Rook looked around in wonder at the stalagmites and stalactites, but his eyes drifted back to the lake. It was large and black, the surface rippling slightly. Rook was parched, his mouth dry from his fear earlier and from the dustiness of the tunnel. He sped toward the lake and sniffed the water warily. It seemed okay. He tilted his head and lapped up some of the water. It was cool and sweet. The banks sloped gently in, and Rook waded in. The cool water felt just as good on his scales as warm sunlight. He waded farther in, the water only just past his ankles. He took another step, and suddenly plunged in. There had been a large drop, and now he was submerged. Rook kicked out instinctively, feeling his tail whip side to side in the water as he struggled to the surface. He took a deep breath once his head broke the surface.

Phantom
She watched the crevice for Rook. He had the ability it seemed to always find trouble. She gently flapped her wings to cool herself. When your black you get hot easy.

Rook
He tread water in place for a moment before realizing, hey, he could swim! With a laugh, Rook paddled back to the shore only to turn back toward the water. He unfurled his wings and got a running start, jumping into the air and spreading his wings for a moment before tucking them to his side and diving in. His stream-lined shape that he had always wondered at proved useful in the water. He cut through it like a knife, his feet and tail knowing what to do instinctively. He wings opened and, instead of dragging him down, seemed to act like fins. Rook swam under for a while before heading to the surface for a breath, not noting how unnaturally long he had been able to stay under. His nose came into the cavern air and he breathed in just before laughing again. He paddled toward the shore, still laughing and grinning with excitement and happiness. He pulled himself from the water and walked back up the tunnel, dripping wet. That had been so much fun! He would have to come back. He was still wet when he slipped out of the crevice, wings tucked against his side.

Phantom
She stopped flapping her wings when he appeared. "I assume there was a lake at the end?" She mused with a chuckle. She gave another gentle flap, enjoying the wind from her flaps on her hot black scales.

Rook
He turned and nodded enthusiastically. "A big black one. And the tunnel behind the crevice is just as big as this one. If I could get the entrance wider, anybody could go back there! The bank slopes into the water and then drops off - I fell in the first time." He turned to the crevice and peered in before turning back to Phantom.

Phantom
She gave another deep chuckle. "A swim would feel mighty good right now" she remarked, flapping her wings again. She smiled at the excited silver dragon

Feeron
Feeron flipped his tail back and forth, barely able to contain his excitement. He'd made it to a fairly high point on the mountain, and was about to start flying. His tail twitched again, and he tried to make it keep still, so it didn't knock him off of the mountain. He'd never been good at climbing, this was the highest he'd ever made it and he didn't want to crash. But that was exactly why he wasn't good at it; he was always eager to start moving his wings, forgetting they were helping him cling to the side of a mountain, or to flick his tail, or to crane his neck to look at something and throw himself off balance. He brought himself back to the task at hand, and tried to dig his claws harder into a crack in the stone, wishing they weren't so thin and birdlike, better for catching fish or paddling in water than climbing a mountain. Another reason he wasn't good at it. But he reminded himself once again what he was doing, and it was all he could do not to quiver with excitement. He'd never successfully flown before, but he would this time; hopefully. He jumped off, legs charging through the air, then he remembered his wings, and proceeded to thrash them violently, realizing he was falling and continuing to flail until he remembered how the big dragons did it, spreading them out more and flapping a little more professionally. He slowed down, but kept falling, and finally dove into the water, successfully hitting it without incident. He sighed, wondering if he'd ever learn to fly.

(Sure!)
Rook
Rook nodded eagerly in agreement. "It sure did!" He glanced around and then shook his body out, water flinging from his scales and smattering all over the cave walls. His wings outstretched and snapped the droplets away before folding again. Rook glanced around again. "Have you seen Feeron? I wanna show him the new tunnel! He would love to go swimming with me, and he might be able to fit into the crevice too!

Phantom
She spotted Feeron by the water. “He’s over there. I can fly you over there if you like” she added, turning her huge black head back to Rook.

(Sorry I haven't replied for so long)
Cyrum
Cyrum was still watching Kaida. She looked playful and brave, but he knew that Kaida was feeling unsecure. He badly wanted to do something about it, but he honestly couldn't think what to do. Phantom had cheered her up, but then she was completely sad again. He sighed to himself, then went to check up on any dragons.
Kaida
Kaida saw Cyrum coming near her and she moved away. She didn't want the leader to see how upset she was, or it would worry him, and she knew that a state of worry with him was not good, because he would take all the blame, and Kaida didn't want that.

Rook
He peered out of the cave and saw his friend. Feeron must have climbed the cliff and jumped down into the water below. "That would be great, thank you!" he chirped to Phantom.

Cyrum
Cyrum's black coloring, was getting darker as the summer sun became hotter. He shook his head, rested his wings and watched Phantom and Rook, also keeping an eye of Kaida.
Kaida
Kaida put on a brave face and stared up at the sky. There were no clouds, it was just blue skies. Great for flying. Kaida looked back down, as the sun was too bright, and then moved her wings slightly. She really wanted to fly, because she wanted to practice, but then didn't want to fly for fear of hurting herself, but then didn't mind hurting herself on the ground, but in the sky she was too tense, but if she could calm she would probably get better, but it was too hard and... Kaida shook her head. No, to much to think about. "I give up!" Kaida said a little too loudly.

Mattia
"Don't give up." Mattia murmured, cleaning her scales from her most recent meal. "I can't be of much help flying, but maybe you could ask someone else for help?"

Cyrum
Cyrum heard Kaida, and started to move, but as he did, she moved away. Cyrum understood and stopped. He went to get a drink of water, to keep cool form the bullying heat of the sun.
Kaida
Kaida shook her head. "No, I don't want to ask. I didn't even mean to say it out loud, I was jut thinking of too much at once and... Never mind." Kaida said. For some reason she was becoming playful. Again. She rested her wings gently on her back, not bothered that it reminded her of flying. "You're a great friend, and that's fine." Kaida said.
