Ghost

Ghost snarled but didn't bare his teeth. He shifted as the wolf circled him. He thought about how his whole family was dead, and never coming back, and he snarled louder.

Reynard

Reynard grinned harder " Cat got your tongue?...... you cant talk cant you" he said continuing to circle.

Ghost

Ghost sighed. "Yes, I can talk if you must know. I am just choosing not to." Ghost said as he held his tail in a straight position.

Haunt

She crept up on the two males and immediately recognized the young black. She immediately saw as well he'd be no match for the larger male.

Ghost

Ghost turned his head to the other wolf, that he had saw earlier. He didn't growl at all, just stood. He didn't want to fight, at all.

Reynard

Haunt

"watch your words, upstart" she growled at the grey wolf. "I'm my own, and that's all"

Ghost

"She is not my girlfriend, so shut it ok?" Ghost growled, louder.

Reynard

he cocked his head back "ooh....

Haunt

She eyed the wolf.

Bera
Bera's ears twitched as they picked up the sound of voices. She lifted her head, focusing, and heard snippets of the conversation, the voices those of the two wolves that seemed to be mates. She heard the male wolf leaving, and when nothing else sparked her attention, napped briefly. She woke up to the sound of the wind howling, sounding for all the world like a wolf, except many times louder and more miserable, and then the wind came from a different direction, and she heard a sound that really was a wolf. Growling. It was quiet, far away, so far it might have been nothing but the river crashing against rocks, but the wind brought the sound to her, and so she could distinguish it. Now there was another growl, and then the first growl returned, but louder and angrier. And then voices, back and forth. She had no doubt there was a fight. She couldn't tell if it was on her territory or not, and if it was, it was near the edge, but she couldn't risk it. She brushed past the pine's branches, out into the storm, and lifted her muzzle, taking in all of the scents the wind had brought. The smell of a small prey animal of some sort- a squirrel, perhaps, or a hare, distracted her, but then another scent hit her, and she recognized it. The small black wolf, the one who'd picked a fight with the large black female. She bared her teeth at the thought of him, she considered him an enemy and didn't trust him. But she wasn't surprised, somehow. No doubt the wolf had gotten himself into another fight. But the other scent was unfamiliar. She took a larger sniff, trying to determine what it was, but another scent suddenly came in. The black female. This could spell trouble. If another wolf was on her territory, anything could happen, and she didn't want that. She shook off her coat, pointed herself in the exact direction of the three wolves, and took off, bounding towards the smell.

He rolled his eyes. boy was she unbearable. His ears perked at the sound of another wolf, seemed to be running this way. He listened as another female wolf sprinting to the scene. His ears flattened. Great another one of them, he thought to himself.

Haunt
Her ears perked slightly at the sound of another wolf. She swiftly recognized it as the she wolf from the river.
