Freddie
She grinned, bouncing a little in her chair and nibbling at her bag of popcorn (she didn't want to finish it before they even got the movie going). She paused to take a drink of her soda. "This chair needs a cup holder. Or can holder. Both." 

Auberon
"Grass. Less chance of people."

Kahlen 
"Okay." Kahlen found a spot under a tree and sat down.

Auberon
He quickly set the board up between them. The pieces in the correct starting squares, he gestured to Kahlen. "You go first."

Kahlen 
Kahlen nodded and moved one of her pieces.

Auberon
He slid one of his circles forward on the board. If he lost he was blaming it on not taking his meds. 

Jimmy
 "I agree," he replied, exiting the house, pausing before nearly running Freddie off the front steps. Whoops. I forgot.

Kahlen 
Kahlen moved another piece.

Freddie
"Wait, aren't we going to watch the movie in the orientation room?" Freddie had noticed when they had gone outside but had had to swallow the popcorn she had in her mouth. 

Auberon
He moved a different piece this time, then leaned back on his hands. "I'm surprised you aren't upset about the quest." 

Jimmy
 "Yeah, we are, but there's something else I wanna get from the cabin first," he replied, carefully treading down the ramp. "You'll see... Or you won't." He remained quiet for a moment before adding, "Though, because of what I'm getting, we could just watch it in the cabin if you want."

Freddie
She shook her head. "I don't want our siblings to see me like this for long periods of time. They have enough to worry about with Kronos and all that."

Columbina
Ollie faltered, face falling a little as she wrung her hands anxiously. "....Sorry....." She mumbled, feet dragging as she followed Ethel.

Floyd
"Hey," He soothed, cupping James' face softly. "It will be okay. Jade cares for you, and from what I've heard from Alex, she's not particularly one to judge."

 "Yeah, okay, I get that, it's fine," he replied gently, letting go of her chair for a second to ruffle her hair before resuming pushing it. "You don't have to worry about them. They'll be fine. And so will you and me."

Ethel
 Ethel opened the door to her cabin without responding to Ollie, grabbing her duffel bag of still-not-unpacked clothes before promptly walking back out. "Alright, we're ready. Let's go find Denver," she ordered curtly.

James
 "They all 'cared for me' too," he muttered, not specifying who he was referring to. "And yet you see how that ended up."

Freddie
"I know," she muttered. She chewed on a couple more pieces of popcorn. "I should pick out a pegasus and just ride it everywhere instead of the wheelchair. That would be kind of cool and terrifying at the same time." 

Jade
She stepped out of the hug, keeping hold of his hand, and scooped up her bag. "Come on, then. You need to get packed too." 

Kahlen 
Kahlen moved another piece. "Well-" Oh you have no idea how upset I am I'm absolutely livid thanks- "Me too, to be honest."

Auberon
He jumped over her piece and took it off the board. "But you aren't really surprised," Auberon said bluntly, making eye contact. "You are upset. Your blood pressure and body temperature have raised, your heart rate has increased, and your pupils are a bit dilated. Plus I can see it from your expression."
