Greek Mythology Roleplay

Eudora
Eudora looked over at Katie. "Hey, you doing alright?" She asked a little concerned. She still heard murmering behind her, but she shrugged it off again.

Bobby
He looked up from the flower, tucking it into one of his pockets, and looked down. "Oh." He turned in his seat and called back to the others. "We have about two hours of flying for the day left." 

Jade
She nodded to Bobby and urged Tod into the main group. "Hey, everyone, so... Uh, since we're all up here and it's not too loud, I thought I'd explain. If you all want to hear what happened."

Kahlen 
Kahlen nodded. She made the mistake of looking down- that wasn't necessarily one of her fears, but from this high up, her stomach churned. She shook her head.

Jade
She took a deep breath. "Alex and I had just gone into the stables. I was petting Tod, and Noah walked in." She then explained everything - how she couldn't move the whole time, and his angry words... "When Noah left, my muscles loosened and I fell. I was wiping at my mouth pretty desperately... Alex moved toward me but stopped." She paused. "Alex hadn't done anything the whole time. He looked upset about it, but left without saying anything." She took a deep breath, a shudder running down her back at just recounting the story.

Kahlen 
Kahlen had that strange urge to hug Jade. No! Stop it. I do NOT hug people. "I'm sure he had a reason for not doing anything. He would never voluntarily let that happen to you," Kahlen said gently. There better be a good explanation. 

Jade
"Yeah," she mumbled. "Do you think... Maybe he was frozen like me? I... I think Noah somehow froze me and kept me from moving. Otherwise I would have run or slapped him or something. Maybe he did the same to Alex to keep him from interfering? ... but why did Alex leave so quickly?" It was obvious Jade was still distressed over the whole situation, despite her relatively calm appearance.

Kahlen 
"Well, personally, if anyone else tried to touch me after that, I would have probably given them some good bruises." He probably left because we were leaving, she thought. "Don't know about you."

Katie
"Didn't he apologize or say anything at all after?" Katie groaned, looking up briefly, refusing to look down. "Surely he would have asked if you were okay, or beat Noah up or something?"

Denver
After a few hours or so, Denver decided to get to know this Auberon a bit. "So... How'd you do it?"

Auberon
"Do what?" He asked looking up.

Denver 
"My sister is only mildly tolerant of 99% of people. How'd you avoid being hit?"

Jade
She thought a moment. "He started to say something, but stopped. And then he said 'Come back safe. Please.' And he left." She shook her head, her mind swirling with confusion. Just moments before Alex had told her he loved her, but then did nothing as Noah had done... that. 

Kahlen 
"He.... left?" Kahlen tried to keep the panic from her voice. If he'd left, they had less time than they realized.

Jade
"He left the stables. I don't know where he went." Jade glanced at Kahlen. "You're still suspicious of him, then." She sighed and leaned forward to rub Tod between his ears. Tod gave a small sigh of appreciation. 

Kahlen 
"Well, not entirely-" she sighed. "It's complicated. I think he's a good person, really. I just- well, his motives are slightly questionable, to say the least. Then there's that feeling that something is watching me every time he's around. I don't like it. I want to trust him, Jade. I really do. I just can't entirely do that right now." Kahlen sighed mentally. Emotions are so complicated, she thought.
