She blushed and looked at the drawing again. "I'm only good at drawing because of my mom," she mumbled, and automatically tucked the pencil behind her ear as she scrutinized the drawing once more. Yeah, the shading was off. And the fur wasn't very good. She had done it without references, of course, so it was bound to not turn out the best. She also noted how the fur in the ears looked too stiff and rigid, and too uniform to be realistic. And the eyes - she almost groaned aloud. They were terrible. She had done the light gleaming in them wrong, and they were a bit too far apart, and something was off about them. She pulled the paper closer. What was up with the eyes? She needed to figure out what she had messed up on with them so she could practice later with a good pencil. This whole time, Lilly was also paying attention to what Denver said. "I'm sure you have other talents," she said, glancing up. "And you're a good brother for doing that, though I'm sure she might not always appreciate it." She smiled and looked back at the eyes of the cat, still not sure what she had done wrong. She did know she had messed them up somehow - besides the light and the spacing issue - and she would probably spend all day trying to figure it out and then be up too late practicing. Oh, right, I need to practice anatomy, too. That drawing I did yesterday had some anatomy issues.

Lilly finally took the pencil from her ear and began a new sketch. It was a simple one, just a structural sketch. It was a basic human, no features or anything, but a simple anatomy practice sketch. She drew it simply standing, then holding a bow, then swinging a sword. "No, the leg is slightly set back farther and the muscles in the arms tighten differently," she mumbled to herself, erasing and drawing it again. She nodded and moved on, drawing the simple human sketch sitting, stretching, crouching, crying... tons of poses to practice. Finally, the paper was filled, and she glanced over each sketch, making corrections here and there, and then slipped the pencil behind her ear to further examine them.

Auberon smiled and shook his head. "I will."

"Oh, how could I not?" he said teasingly. "So, if you really have to carry around stuff to stitch yourself up, how often do you get hurt exactly?"

Auberon nodded. "Mhm, your not going anywhere without my approval first from now on," he said with a small smirk.

"You don't sneak up on me; I just have naturally amazing reflexes, that's all." he said as if he were trying to reasure himself.

Auberon rolled his eyes. Just then, a Pegasus came to the stall door and nudged him on the shoulder. "Omigish!" he said as he jumped out if the way.

Auberon sighed in annoyance and looked over at the Pegasus, of which looked quite confused as to why he freaked out. "Okay fine... maybe I scare easily when something comes up behind me. So now you know not to sneak up on me while I'm in a tree or something," he said as he rubbed the Pegasus's nose.
