"It was hanging around the stables chasing the mice and scaring the horses. Isobel caught it, and Shannon gave it to me. It was either that, or it get put down." Katie frowned. There was too many people here - she would have to move before it freaked out completely.

Noah
"Oh, sorry, took too long. Catch you later." He grinned. "And keep the knife." He scooped up his sword and sheathed it as a Pegasus landed. He mounted and flew away, pulling a carrot from his pocket and feeding the equine while in the air.

Kahlen

Auberon fell down half relieved and half mad at Noah. His brain slipped into painful unconciousness.

Katie
Katie faltered. "It isn't? Is it dangerous?" She eyes the black cat, watching the big green eyes blink back at her.

Denver

Kahlen sighed. "You're not stupid, Katie. Yes, it is." Very.

Outlaw
She came to to see Noah flying off.

"Not all of us have presence sensing powers, Kahlen." Katie snapped, taking another step back and darting off into the crowd.

Auberon
Auberon opened his eyes slowly, feeling a pull of magic on him. He looked to the side to see Denver. "Oh hi Denver..." he said coughing.

Auberon tried to sit up. His stomach and chest were killing him. "Hard to explain when my head is spinning..." he said looking down.

Noah
Feeling the pegasus turn, he slipped off it's back and tumbled go the forest below. Hecate! He felt her strength and summoned enough magic to cushion his fall. He hurried to his tree and slipped inside.

Jade
She concentrated on her food, which was very good. The room started to spin, and as she slipped into the forest she felt her head hit the table. She looked around, dreading this. "Hello, sweetheart," Noah said. He was leaning on a tree. "H-hi. You already v-visited me." He laughed and stepped toward her. "I know. But I needed a pick-me-up. And what's a better way to lift someone's spirit than a pretty face?" He studied her. "You controlled the shivers. Good job. I knew you were strong. I love that about you. But wouldn't you like to be actually warm?" He wrapped her into a hug. "Sweetheart," he whispered, "I hate to see you so cold. I can feel your heart tugging on you. Give in." Her body instinctively pressed against him, he was so warm, and she hated it. "I-I don't think-" "Shhh," he soothed, rubbing her back. "Don't speak. Just be warm."

"If I was Ares," Katie wondered out loud, the cat at her heels now that there were sparse humans. "Where would I be?" She glanced around for a bit and potted a poster board that caught her eye. She admired the board, eyeing a half concealed, worn poster for a bare knuckle fight club and grinned. "Gotcha."
