Inbreeding?

Hey,
I ave two horse that I would like to breed but it says they are related. When I went to confirm said horses pedigree I didn't anything, since the mare is a foundation and the stalion is a foundation bred and it not her son.
However, when I used to inbreeding checker, says their relationship is in position 6. How is that possible if they came from founding lines? Am I missing something?

Hey Wonderland! There were some new changes/feautures having to do with inbreeding and I think there are some bugs. I am sure it will get addressed soon, but you're not alone, and you're most likely not missing anything!

If you want to follow along with the bug, there's a post here where most of the reports were made so far, It seems to be affecting any foundation and second generation pairings.
