Character Giveaway

So, these are not first come first serve, I will pick who gets them.

Rules

You must write a one paragraph or longer backstory for the character.

You may change their name and gender. But, no changes to coat design may be made.

You may not resell these characters, only trade or giveaway.

Notify if you wish to rehome them, just so I can keep track of who gets them.

Write at least three sentences, explaining their personality.

Ohh I'll def try for the first two as they would fit in nicely with my group of horses, I even got a basic idea for Delwyn, I'll just have to remember to write it down tomorrow on my computer :)

Character You Want:Regulus 
New Name?: Magic for Regulus
Gender Change?: female

Personality: They are both very happy, loving mares. They are willing to give everything for you and even protect you if needed. They both would die for you and keep you safe till the end of time.

Backstory: Magic came from a mare named moon breed with a fancey stallion. The Mare gave birth to magic and soon magic was family. Magic grew and grew. She becme pretty and smarter as the days went on. Soon it came time to train her to be ridden and she never once bucked. She never once bit, kicked, reared, or anything you would expect.

Why Do You Want It?: I want to breed Regulus
What Will You Use It For?: Breeding and looks
Anything else, you'd like to add?: I love them


Character You Want: Naira
New Name?: Sara for Maura
Gender Change?: female

Personality: They are both very happy, loving mares. They are willing to give everything for you and even protect you if needed. They both would die for you and keep you safe till the end of time.

Backstory:
Sara was found injured and hurt. She was dieing in the woods left by a hunter. I went to her side and called the vet. He came right away and told me be could save her. She has been through months of rehab an  is finally regaining her strength to Cary on.

What Will You Use It For?: Breeding and looks

@Tornado: You have to write the backstory yourself and at least 3 sentences explaining their personality. Fill out the forms for each character separately also. 

Oh sorry. I did the paragraphs. I also did both forms... I simply ADORE them and if I have to chose I would go with the welsh section D

Character You Want: Straton
New Name?: Ori (Means My Light in Hawaiian)
Gender Change?: Nope
Personality: Ori is a natural born leader. He is wise, but rarely shows it. He is bold with his actions and makes sure everyone knows how he feels.
Backstory:
Edit: (I realized I just gave you a story not his background lol) Ori is a special horse. He is the decedent of the stallion of the oldest and strongest herd in the world. He had never met his father, but his mom had always told him stories about the great stallion that stole her heart. When Ori's mom had found out of her pregnancy,  she ran as far as her legs could take her. Ori's mother then met another stallion of a rogue herd. Ori's mother was abused for months, until Ori was born, miraculously healthy. Then the abuse turned to Ori. After years of abuse, Ori had decided to run away with his mother.  Along the way his mother had died of poisoning, from a river she had drank from. Before she died, although, she had talked about a great haven. A safe haven. Ori made it his mission to get there, per his mother's request. The story below picks up after this.

Ori approached the Tavern. A “safe haven” they called it. To him it looked like a run down farm, that has creaking floorboards, which he found later was right, the floorboards squeaked as soon as he walking in. A horse’s, Ori identified as the stallion/leader, head upturned when he heard the floorboards announcing the arrival of a new guest. Ori saw the motion and stared at Dunkel, wondering if he could take the stallion in a fight if needed. What else was he supposed to do, this was all new to him?
When Ori realized the stallion was not a threat, he looked around the “safe haven”. The inside looked stronger than the outside. Ori saw every crack in the roof, where there was most likely a leak, he saw the half-torn down wall to his left. Then, he saw the many eyes on him, most horse eyes, but others came from different creatures. A mare, that was beside the stallion, had been the first to greet him.
“Welcome to the Tavern. My names Rosie and that is Dunkel,” she said gesturing her head to the stallion he now knew to be Dunkel. I hope you enjoy your stay here!” The mare was very ecstatic as if she were happy his life went wrong and he came to the Tavern. Ori just nodded in acknowledgement. “And you name is…..?”
“Ori.”
“Well welcome Ori!” She did a little hoping motion to show her happiness. “Ama, why don’t you take Ori to his quarters.”
A young filly approached him. “Hi. My names Alabama, but everyone calls me Ama. Why don’t you follow me?” She started to trot a way, which finally got Ori’s attention making him trot after her.

Why Do You Want It?: It is a beautiful design and I have no gray stallion characters (I have 2 gray mares)
What Will You Use It For?: I would use him for art every now and then but many for a story I will be writing.

Character You Want: Regulus

New Name?: Aurum ("Gold" in Latin), but I may just keep it at Regulus

Gender Change?: I will leave him a stallion, in case I make him Agave's mate, although that most likely won't happen.

Personality: I think of him as serious and more of a loner, but Agave would be his closest of few friends. He confides in her sometimes, but other than her almost no one really knows what he's like. However, even she doesn't have a full picture of him, they are still improving and expanding their friendship. Those who have known him for a long time know he is very thoughtful, and although most find him quiet and distant, which he normally seems to be, he is rather talkative when around someone he especially knows and likes. He enjoys long, private conversations with Agave, and is surprisingly outgoing once he fully emerges from his shell. Most find him timid and secluded, and can't help but dislike him, although they hide it.

Backstory: He doesn't have much of an exciting history, but he was never much liked by any horses, even as a foal. Once he just needed to get away from everything, and left his herd. He wandered the forest. Nothing eventful happened, he lived in the woods for almost a year, worrying as the days got colder and shorter about winter him being hardly older than a foal, until he found Agave. She, too was wandering the woods, although she never told him why, and they became friends slowly. They returned to Agave's herd after realizing they likely could not make it through the winter alone, hardly having made it through the rest of the year, and have stayed there ever since.

Why Do You Want It?: It will be a good way to start pairing my characters. I also want it because I would like Agave to have a friend (maybe a mate)

What Will You Use It For?: I will try to give him as much art as possible (hopefully some with Agave) but I may not be able to give him a lot. He will be used for art and maybe for some more practice with my art to give him a foal. I actually have some tags in mind I'd get a recolor for him if I got him right now. :D

Anything else, you'd like to add?: I like him a lot more now that I've typed this, LOL!

Character You Want: Regulus

New Name?: I love the name, so I'll keep it the same.

Gender Change?: I think I'll leave him a stallion.

Personality: Since he lived most of life alone, Regulus likes solitude. Or maybe its because of the fact that when no one's around he can hear the sound of the wind whistling through grass, the babbling of a brooke, or the sweet song of a bird. Despite the peace of being alone, Regulus doesn't mind the company of others. Regulus is also a very deep thinker and loves discussing various philosophical topics with the like minded.

Backstory: In the short time Regulus spent with his mother, he would fall asleep each night listening to her tales of their ancestors. In her stories, they were wise and thoughtful horses that looked to the skies and wondered. Their curiosity of what the sky was like grew with each night as the stars emerged, until one night, when they were blessed with wings to soar above the clouds and see what was beyond. Regulus loved those stories, but, unfortunately, he stopped hearing them sooner than he would have liked. One evening, he and his mother were attacked by a mountain lion. Regulus’ mother told him to run away as fast as he could while she held it off. And he did. He never knew what happened to her that night, but the fact that he never saw her again crushed his hope that she had made it out alive. From that night on, Regulus grew up alone. He didn’t mind the solitude. In fact, it gave him time to think. All his time alone turned him into quite the philosopher, just like his ancestors, he liked to think. But he soon found out he was more like his ancestors than he thought. As he watched the sky one night, he saw a shooting star. Remembering the stories of how shooting stars could grant wishes, he desperately thought of a wish to make. When he thought of what he wanted most in life, he came upon one answer to both problems. I wish I could make my mother proud, Regulus wished. Suddenly, a mist began swirling around him, blocking his vision and numbing his limbs. When it cleared, he saw that his wish had come true. A large pair of black wings sat upon his back. He had followed the path of his wise ancestors, and he knew his mother would be proud.

Why Do You Want It?: I absolutely love buckskins, and he is just gorgeous! Also, he would be he first of probably many characters.

What Will You Use It For?: Seeing as how I had to stop myself from writing pages and pages for his backstory, he would likely be the main character in a story. 

Anything else, you'd like to add?: Sorry for writing so much for his backstory. I tried to abridge it, but I couldn't find anything I wanted to leave out. 

Character You Want: Delwyn

New Name?: I like that name actually

Gender Change?: nope

Personality: He is courageous mixed with a bit of cocky. A bit of a loner, though equally as happy to be in the company of those he is close with. He can come across as stern in moments when he is scared or stress.

Backstory: Delwyn, cousin to Bhreac, decided one day that he would see the realm that their herds called home and set off on his adventure. His only planned stopped was to see his cousin, whom he hadn't seen since they were foals. He was happy to see that his cousin was not only alive and well, but had a mate and foal now. Delwyn was about to continue on with his journey, when the leader of Bhreac's herd, Patches, stopped him and informed him of the trouble that had slowly been spreading through the realm, a trouble they hadn't been really able to identify.

Delwyn, never one to back away from danger or to give it much of a thought, insisted he would be fine and headed off once more, staying with herds here and there. As he went, he heard more and more whispers of the strange going ons, but it wasn't until he was with a herd that disappeared in the dead of night that he thought twice about his decision to so hastily ignore Patches warnings.

Upon waking to find the herd gone, he did a quick exploration of the area and decided that it was time to head towards home, away from this odd danger. He stopped once more to see his cousin and decided that since his parents were gone and Patches herd was bigger then his old one, he would stay where there was safety in numbers, at least for the time being.

Why Do You Want It?: He is a stunning design and he would fit so nicely with my other ponies, especially with the one I linked above.

What Will You Use It For?: Art, inspiration for the little story I have going for some of my ponies.

Character You Want: Straton

Gender Change?: nope

Personality: Used to be happy go lucky, but is now timid as a deer. He jumps easily and he has an almost constant look of fear in his eyes. He is also meek, the first to back down in a hostile situation.

Backstory: Delwyn liked to journey through the realm that many herds called home. He had come there via a portal from the real world after escaping being captured in a round up at a young age. A friendly mare had taken him in, but her son didn't like Straton and so when he was finally old enough to go off on is own, Straton bid them goodbye and began what would become a long wandering journey.

He had seen a lot of things in his young life, both in the real world and the magical realm he now called home, but one night his happy go lucky attitude was put to the test. He saw what had caused many horses to disappear and managed to escape it, but the terror at what he saw caused him to pass out and upon being woken by a herd of concerned horses he found he had lost his voice. He also is a bit more jumpy then he used to be, things startling him that shouldn't. He wishes he could warn the kind herd that has taken him about the danger, but he has yet to regain his voice.

Why Do You Want It?: Same reason as Delwyn

Form 

Character You Want: Naira

New Name?: probably not

Gender Change?: nope

Personality: Naira is always one to question the rules.

If she feels as though something is unjust or outdated, she's

not afraid to point it out or try to amend it. However, she can

sometimes go to extremes to prove a point, often ending

in her getting herself into trouble or being frowned upon.

She is a rogue, so she's commonly mistaken as evil or bloodthirsty,

but that's not exactly the case.

Backstory: She was born a goddess, but didn't see the point in

her life if all she was going to do was guide others for eternity, let alone

be forced to represent one thing. So the young god eventually left

the kingdom and gradually formed her own group over the years.

Its been quite a long time since then, but she's still young on

god terms. My main characters from that universe will meet up with

her at one point, because one of their friends went off on her own a while

ago. I never really explained where that character went, so this offers

me an explanation - she's been in Naira's small group of rogues and rebels for

at least some of the time she's been away. Naira's story will also

be important because some of my existing young immortal characters

have been feeling the same way she was - bored, misunderstood, and

wanting something more in life. I'm thinking about making her the goddess

of rogues, since no true rogue god should have that title without actually being

one.

Why Do You Want It?: I really like her feathers and eye

paint. Simple things like that can really add to a

character, and her personality was very clear from the start

to me. She'll be an influential character, mostly for her

outlook on life and the opinions she'll bring to the story.

What Will You Use It For?: She will be used in one

of my character groups/stories (as you can tell).

Anything else, you'd like to add?: I'm sure someone else will have a

way better story than me, but this was fun lol

I made some changes, if that's allowed? I know his giveaway is technically closed, but I what I want his story and such to be has changed.
